Dallas is originally from California and has been living in Beaufort, SC since 2014. She has an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice but quickly found that Property Management is her passion. She has been in the apartment industry field since 2012. She has an old English Bulldog named Tank and they are inseparable.

Brian always goes above and beyond to meet our needs, even after hours repairs such as fixing the power issues in the master bed and bath today. Highly satisfied with the repair. The very few times I have submitted a service request here, I have been extremely impressed by their response time, friendliness, and efficiency.

Choosing Abberly Pointe was the best decision I made all year. After a horrible renting experience with another apartment property in the area, Tori really helped me get the perfect apartment in a few hours. She made the experience stress free and enjoyable. The process was super efficient and streamlined. Can’t thank her enough. The apartment amenities are bar none and the staff ranging from the office to maintenance are extremely helpful and responsive.

My family and I lived here for three years and loved it! The leasing staff members are professional and always helpful. The maintenance crew were very responsive and got things fixed as soon as they could. Overall, we loved our experience living there and recommend to live there. They are military friendly!!

Hubby and I moved to Abberly Pointe about 5 months ago and we LOVE our apartment home!! Dallas (the property manager) runs a tight ship and her property is well maintained and she ensures her residents are very well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and spotless. Tori and Misty are always so helpful and friendly if we ever call them with a question, so eager to help. We love all of the amenities like the beautiful pool area, the covered picnic areas w/ bbq grills, the car wash center and the enclosed pet centers. The maintenance team ( I forget their names , I'm sorry) are all so nice and

I toured these apartments and fell in love! Unfortunately, we were in a time crunch, and because they’re so great they didn’t have any availability as quickly as I needed it. The woman we toured with and spoke with was GREAT! Tori(I believe was her name) is the best! She was so honest and answered every single question we had, gave us a great tour and did everything she could to get us in as quickly as possible. We were so impressed by the complex and her work! We will definitely keep this complex on our short list for the future! Couldn’t have asked for anything more and really appreciate

I just recently moved into this apartment complex and the hospitality and professionalism has been nothing short of amazing. I applied and got into my place 3 days later with no issues at all. Apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept and clean. I finally got to meet maintenance and they are super friendly and get the job done quickly as well as the leasing staff! Everyone goes above and beyond from what I’ve seen and my neighbors are super friendly as well! 10/10 recommend!

Travel nurses beware. Let me start by saying what's good.
The apartments are updated, clean, the property is beautiful and the office staff is nice and helpful for the most part. Unless you have billing issues. I had to spend a ridiculously long time on the phone trying to explain why the two bills they sent didn't match what we actually owed only to have the person on the other end get frustrated and give an attitude.
Back to the travel nurse issue. This complex up charges so heavily for 3 month rentals that it makes it nearly u affordable for the pay rate at BMH. In addition to the

I have been in leasing for years now and I can honestly say that they are the epitome of good customer service. I understand how hard it is to stay on top of things as a leasing manager but they do it with ease. I travel for work and they made me feel at home. They were very responsive, kind, and helpful.
