I have been working with Brittany the past few months and she has been so helpful and nice! She explains everything very thoroughly and is prompt to answer any questions I have had. She has made this process to find my new home and get moved in so easy and I greatly appreciate that. I move in today and I’m very excited to call this place home!

It’s only been a week since my family & I moved in. From the application process & through out the whole moving in process, Victoria has been so helpful with everything, I’ll forever be thankful to work with her, with every question & concern she’s been a blessing to work with.

I highly recommend this property!! Maintenance is always on the ball, and getting work orders done as quickly as possible! The grounds is beautiful and very well maintained. The office staff is always polite and willing to help in anyway they can. I felt extremely safe here, it is a very quiet neighborhood!

I’ve lived here for the last 4 years and have little to no complaints at all. The maintenance staff is top notch always completing my requests in a day or less. The office staff is very helpful and caring. They make it feel like a community. I highly recommend living here!

Don’t recommend due to low quality of apartments, management, and lack of feeling safe. Prior to signing the lease I was told the apartment was newly renovated, but the only new item was the flooring. Management was great at first but once I renewed my lease they became more difficult to work with. Many bugs with little response from management about extermination. Very noisy and always hear the sirens/announcements from the nearby fire department. It’s definitely worth paying a little more to live in a nicer apartment.

I have never been more impressed with an office for how quickly the process things and how attentive Brittany was. She was patient with me and responded same day to any question! I don’t move in for a couple of months. But I’d recommend everyone to have this experience

I'm moving in 3wks, I have to say it's been so much easier on me with the AMAZING help of Victoria. Tons of emails, calls and she's been right there to ease me in. It's going to be a huge step from me leaving my hometown, my beautiful house, friends and family but I feel this is the place to start. It's so beautiful and clean. The area is well maintained and I'm excited to get in and start a new life here. Thank you again Victoria!!
