Literally the worst place ever. Filled out an application for a 2 bedroom. Paid the security deposit, pet fee, everything up front. Less than a week later found out I was pregnant therefore needing a 3 bedroom. They refuse to refund me any of the money I paid. Over $400 down the drain and we’re about to have a baby. Useless.

I fell in love with the apartment once I viewed the floor plan and even visited the complex for an in person tour. This is my first apartment and I moved in Dec. 2020. Since living at Legends I've had problems with colonies of ants crawling in through the unsealed flooring in the kitchen, bedroom and laundry room getting in my clothes, food, dishes, etc. Maintenance has been awesome with responding each time I've requested assistance. However, I am being charged $5.00 every month for pest control even after having purchase my own supplies for the continuous issue that is due to poor construction

When me and my wife first looked at these apartments online through the virtual meetings (thanks COVID-19), we fell in love. The way the apartment LOOKS is incredible. We couldn’t be happier with how the layout / design of the apartment complex as a whole is. What isn’t incredible is the amount of issues that we have had so far. Absolutely LOVE living here!! Very friendly staff, excellent maintenance, and beautiful community!! We love all of the amenities. The pool and community building are beautiful. The property & my home is beautiful. However, I spoke w/ Dana regarding my renewal rate & I'm disappointed in the comment made.
During this conversation I was hesitant on whether I would renew or not. Dana mentions that they’d love to keep me & then goes on to inform me that she has 15 people on a waitlist.
I understand that business is business but informing me of the 15 people on the waitlist did not benefit me. The comment was honestly just rude.
Customer service goes a long way when it comes to occupancy and resident retention. Going forward, make sure your residents feel like more than

Apartments are nice and new. Great units. Staff not so much. Moved in 5/19 arranged for movers to pick up key from office, signed release form and everything, they knew I wasn’t moving in until the 21st. I arrive on 21st. Leasing office closed even though google was still stating they were still open. Had to call in emergency work order to get my keys. Took over 4 hours for maintenance to bring me my keys. I was waiting in 96 degree weather outside of my apartment for 4 hours unable to move in with all of my groceries. Apparently they had just changed their office hours that Thursday to not work

This community has been amazing so far. I signed my lease sight unseen and I was not disappointed. On move in I had 2 small work orders into my brand new apartment and they were addressed immediately. I was given access to mail and the amazon hub instantly which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and answered every email I sent within 24 hours. I lived in a luxury apartment in VA, but this place really takes the cake.
