I lived there for 4 years. Rents are always competitive, and they’re doing a good job catching up on some of the maintenance and upkeep issues that have gotten away from them in past years. Summer and the rest of the management team are A+ to work with, and they were very accommodating on my way out after a home purchase. I would anticipate seeing continued future improvement on an already solid community.

For anybody reading this review and thinks it is a one sided Disgruntled review I urge you to read the reviews with B&M management out of Montgomery Alabama as they are in charge of the management here at the oaks as well as being responsible for over seeing all that takes place here. The reviews will be much like this one I can guarantee that as I have already scrolled through them myself. B&M has a one and ahalf star rating which is much higher than they deserve and if you do your research you will understand why.  also look up the reviews under apartment

First day from my old apartment to this place was like night and day. It’s roomy, it’s spacious, the managers are SUPER UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. Manager is always on top of things. The complex itself is pretty especially on the outside the matinence guys are quick and efficient and friendly and you are getting your money’s worth here! 10/10 recommend

The apartment had a nice layout very spacious. We ran into several issues including mold, bugs, air conditioning going out and not getting service until 2 days later. Also when we moved out the leasing office garnished our entire deposit without any knowledge. When I asked about specifics none were given instead I got the run around. Great area but poor management.

Due to the power washing my front door lock wouldn’t allow me to lock or unlock my door so I went to the main office on Saturday morning at 10am met “Waffa” super nice 👍 handled my issue 123 pleasant attentive and sincere called on duty maintenance man he came up problem solved.. the staff here at The Oaks are great if your looking for a place where your not just a number this is it.

I have been a resident here at The Oaks for 14 months now, and have enjoy the atmosphere here. Recently Summer, Property Manager, and Ieasha took over this property. They were very Helpful and Understanding with my transition from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment. They both provide an outstanding customer service as well with the Maintenance Team. If your looking for a great place to reside this is the ONE!!

Summer Nichols is very rude and seems to only know how to hang up on tenants when she doesn’t know what else to say. She does not fall back on her word and states she will lose her license if she gives us back OUR CREDIT that we had, even after we let her know that we would be leaving by a certain date due to us being military. In her words she did let us know if anything changes for us just to give her a call back and she would fix anything if need be. We have been getting the round about since the morning with Ashia who kept putting us on hold as well. Very unprofessional from someone who doesn’t

I have lived in several apartment complex’s and before moving here I was living in a townhouse community. This is by far my favorite new home! The staff are very friendly and when I call to ask a question they quickly return my call. I have had minor issues due to Maitance I.e leaking dishwasher, and within 1 day fixed! I can’t speak for the other residents but I myself feel safe, comfortable, and I’m extremely satisfied with overall living conditions. I have been told to write reviews before for other homes but felt pressured. No one asked me to write this. I choose to because this place

I am on my third year lease here at The Oaks. My kids and I feel safe walking and playing around the neighborhood, I’ve made friends with the neighbors and their dogs in my building. Noise pollution between the walls isn’t disturbing. I enjoy the sights from my balcony. Whenever I have service requests, they are addressed timely. When I email management, I get quick responses. I am thankful The Oaks is my home.
