In 1994, Shuhei opened in its current location, attracting customers from around the world, including business clientele from Fortune 500 companies, athletes and entertainment industry professionals, and local customers who have come to rely on Shuhei for a unique and special dining experience. Owner and Chef Hiroshi Tsuji graduated from the prestigious and world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

One piece each of Tuna, Yellowtail, and Fresh Salmon nigiri and one California Roll inside out with fish roe. Thinly sliced raw fish over soba noodles with a ginger garlic citrus soy and fresh vegetables. Choice of Tuna, Yellowtail or Fresh Salmon. Cooked octopus or shrimp with cucumber slices and wakame seaweed in a tangy rice vinegar dressing.
Shuhei is proud to cater a variety of private events for its clientele. Our private dining room can accommodate 40 guests, while the restaurant as a whole can serve up to 100-150 guests. Our restaurant is proud to have hosted a multitude of corporate parties, especially during the holiday season, and has accommodated rehearsal dinners, bar mitzvahs, and family parties.
Shuhei's catering services can accommodate any budget and any size of event, from small family parties to museum exhibitions open to thousands of guests. We have proudly catered major pharmaceutical industry events and the corporate parties of Fortune 500 companies, as well as weddings and other special family occasions, and we can work with you to make sure our menu, our service, and our pricing meets your needs.

Went here based on allot of people recommendations, was not disappointed, food was amazing, as first timers to sushi restaurants ( other then good quality,grocery store sushi) this was out of this world. We went with a bento box that had a variety of sushi, tempura fried shrimp and veggies, we also ordered the spicy tuna and it did not disappoint at all. Service was great, our server was friendly and answered all of our first timer questions. If your new to sushi or been eating it forever i highly recommend you try it!

I came here for the sushi, I was a little disappointed. Nice atmosphere makes it 4 stars instead of just 3. But I had really high expectations. For an authentic Japanese restaurant, most of the sushi offerings were very Americanized. If that’s what your after then go here. It will be fresh and of good quality. It was just ok.

It starts off in kind of a neat way, because it isn't visible from the road, there's a sign, but it's quite unassuming. You drive around to the back of an office building and sure enough you'll find it. You walk in and are greeted by a much more authentic sushi atmosphere than I was expecting from outside.
Went on a Monday night, it was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations.
Ordered a couple (small-ish) bottles of sake, an appetizer, some nigiri and a few rolls

Been there for dinner by my self, since I came for business.
The interior design very simple but giving very warm home feeling.
The waiters dressed in Kimono, very nice.
Ordered a Miso soup, fried tofu, fresh salmon salad, and sushi.
The soup was ok.
Tofu was good.
Salad was so delicious, I don't remember when the last time I was so impressed by salad.
The sushi came on traditional beautiful plate. The taste was not bed, could be better, but the structure was not good, when I just touched them, they are crashed, the sushi assembly was bed.
