My husband and I ate here for the fist time last night. Called ahead and was told 25 minutes. Got there to pick up food and sat in line for another 25 minutes. The food was burnt! All of it, the sweet and sour chicken, had zero chicken as it had been overcooked so much the chicken disintegrated. Poor service and poor quality. Will never waste time or money eating at that establishment again.

Guy at register was constantly touching his hair& face no big deal. Then he was the one that got the takeout order ready with dirty hands- to me that is gross. The online menu prices are wrong, did not honor he said he had been trying to get that updated for along time. Happy family was ok (over $6 higher than online menu price I viewed) but dinner combos had very little portions mostly rice not even much sauce to go with all that rice.

Worst place ordered at 1130am told me it would be done at 1220 pm i got there then at 1220pm waiting in drive thru was ignored for good 15 min called the place told me the order wasn't done yet then hung up the phone on me. I called her back I told her that was rude thing to do and I ordered it an hour ago how can it not be done which her answer is to hung up. Horriable services never came to the window the whole 30 mins I waited will never go here again if this is how customers are treated

Ordered take out tonight for Mother’s Day and what a way to ruin it. First the employee tried over charging me by adding additional items I didn’t ask for. Than was told 20 min for my order to be ready. I arrive on time to be met with an additional 50 min wait! Like warm food, part of my order being missing and a very rude young lady who had long dirty blonde hair about 5’5ish and on the heavier side. The order of pepper steak only had 5 small pieces of meat and all pepper and onion, the egg roll was discussing and food was luke warm when picked up. I also asked to check my order when she

I was given the wrong order at 230 while being their only customer. The food was bland and oily. Vegetables were from a can and the shrimp was overcooked. My eggrolls were maybe made a day ago. The floors here are slimy and dangerous. The front of thr building is just filthy. Stay away from this hole in wall.
