The absolute worst property management, if you want to be taken advantage of and lied to, heres the place to go, was charged for insane charges upon moving out then when I asked for a detailed summary of the charges and pictures they would not provide me with them!!!!! they told me to call and then overtime I called would send an email saying they can't speak on the phone when I was given a letter saying to call. DO NOT MOVE INTO A PROPERTY THEY MANAGE!!!! we were even given a thank you gift card half way through the lease and had an inspector come and everything was fine!!! crooked business!!

I recently decided to rent my home out instead of selling it when I moved out of state. I contacted close to 10 different property Managment companies. I have always gotten my deposits back from both apartments and rental houses alike. I have always cleaned on my own and have never been charged for cleaning. That being said, Leaving my rental house that Pyramis managed turned out to be unnecessarily costly. I paid a housecleaning professional to come in and clean, I paid her about $300 (the bathrooms and oven were pretty bad). Pyramis charged me for a "full clean" to the tune of $270. Pyramis is a company I can definitely trust with my family's needs. They took care of everything I asked them too, and since we were new to the area they also told us all about the town, restaurants, and cool places to go. My property manager, Kathy, even checks up on us from time to time to ensure all of our needs are met. She is by far the best property manager I have had thus far. Don't waste your time looking for a place of residence with other companies like I did at first. I'd choose Pyramis every time.

I called this company because they had a rental house on their website that I was really interested in. The lady who answered the phone was nice. She said I needed to speak with a leasing agent to set up a showing and gave me his name and number. I called the number she gave me just to get his voicemail. Pyramis was an excellent management company up until the moment my property manager changed. Once the individual that was responsible was replaced the new representative failed to fulfil repeated requests. Now unnecessary repairs have been completed when replaces the damaged items would have cost less. On top of that I told this same agent to not renew our lease so we could sell the home and I find out from my monthly statement that my homes lease was renewed for 6 months at an extra lease renewal fee. Go with another management company you can trust or if you go with Pyramis put everything

I have several rental properties that I tried to manage myself from out of town.... Horrible idea, when my cousin recommended that I call Pyramis I was hesitant, but exhausted so I tried them.
