With our catering menu now finalized, we are able to bring the experience of going out to eat to you. We have Chefs, Wait Staff, and an Event Planner available to help coordinate the perfect experience. We host small private parties, dinners and special events. The space itself can be transformed and our team is happy to help you customize your event.

A great local option for take out. We order from Musette almost on a weekly basis. Our favorites are the burgers, the fish sandwich and for entrees the Salmon or Short Ribs and all the desserts! We’ve had many delicious meals here over the years. They package up the meals very well. Sometimes, there is even a little extra treat in the bag, which we love to discover. Call in your order and dinner is served!

This had been our favorite restaurant since it was the Wayfarer. We went tonight for dinner. I am trying to be fair and constructive in my review. The great experience and friendly atmosphere we have enjoyed for many decades was definitely missing.
My comments are as follows:

I went for take out last night at the last minute and was so glad they were open! I ordered the Musette burger and Musette salad and they were excellent! The burger was huge and cooked perfectly, fries hot and tasty, and the salad was super fresh and well prepared. On top of that was a surprise brownie to wash it down... so good! I'll be back soon. ;)

We usually visit Musette during our annual Maine vacation, and did so again this year. The food was delicious, as usual, but I was really surprised at the reduced portion sizes. The entree was plated on a luncheon plate, but was so small, I could have eaten two of them. The short ribs were divine, but there were just two little ones on the plate, hardly what I'd consider a dinner portion. My husband's salmon was actually an acceptable size (if on the small side), but with it he received MAYBE two tablespoons of mashed potatoes! I understand that food costs have increased, but potatoes

Left last pm no one waited on us! We had a reservation at 6:30 when we walked in to announce we had arrived the waitress instead of greeting us just pointed us to the table (how rude)!. We ordered a bottle of wine and for 26 mins in a restaurant with only 3 other guest and 4 servers no one waited on us! Yes there were some outside tables but the servers were are all talking and checking their phones so we paid for our wine and left! We ate her here 3 times two years ago but obviously there is no front of house manger as I would fire all the servers. Will not be back.

I came here as part of a group of six with a last minute reservation at 4pm during the holiday weekend. Our table was ready and the service was super friendly. We were a bachelorette party and the staff was quick to take lots of pictures of us per our request. A few hiccups occurred- a full wine glass with lipstick was delivered and upon asking for a new glass they brought an empty one so we had to ask for a refill. Also an iced tea was not brought out with the rest of the drinks until the server was reminded. We ordered a seafood dip for the table and it was good but a very small portion. The

Very cute little place in the center of Cape Porpoise. We went there for breakfast on a Saturday. Our waitress was the BEST. The friendliest, sweetest waitress I have been served by in a long time. Food good, not great - ordered eggs scrambled with cheese, spinach and sausage. Home fries on the side - which were lukewarm at best - Was good but nothing I would go out of my way for again. Overpriced also. Good coffee. If it wasn't for our waitress - who was the absolute BEST - I would give the place 3 stars.

Absolutely delightful experience. The person taking the order was friendly and accommodating. The food was ready exactly on time and curbside pick up could not have been easier or with less contact. The food was delicious. The cavatelli in particular was creamy and amazing. They even gave us some yummy brownies for dessert as a surprise. We will be ordering again.

Amazing food and service! We were served by Bert who was just the sweetest most kind hearted woman there is. We were only stopping by for a quick bite but had such a wonderful time and she made us feel so welcomed that we stayed for 2 hours!
The food is incredible as well. We had the seared haddock sandwich with old bay fries and had to order a second round of fries as they were some of the best we ever had.

Really delicious and nice atmosphere. We went for breakfast, the iced coffee was big and delicious, service was good and they were extremely busy. We ordered a lot of different things and everything tasted so good. My favorite was the French toast with blueberry compote. My only complaint was that the avocado toast was a bit disappointing, small and not a lot of toppings for the price, same with the home fries side order.

Such a cute little diner. The decor is absolutely charming, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. If we hadn't been in such a rush I would have taken more photos. My avocado toast was beautiful and delicious... you'll just have to take my word for it. The pancakes, eggs benedict, and has we also delicious. I'd love to go back on our next trip and try it again.

I really want to love Musette but I don't. This is my second visit and both times were very disappointing. I was excited to see Seafood Stew on the menu for a reasonable price ($15). It had salmon, mussels, scallops, potatoes, fennel in a lobster broth. The salmon & scallops were totally overcooked, dry & tasteless. The broth had a good flavor & the toasted bread was the best part of the dish. My folks got the creme brulee again flat & flavorless. The service & ambiance are excellent but the food needs much improvement.

Superb. By chance we were driving by and noticed this charming little restaurant. We had groceries in the car and planned to eat in; on a whim we decided to check it out. Each and every staff member was attentive. The entrees were excellent; I ordered the grilled lobster and he had the halibut.
The crispy broccoli that accompanied the lobster was amazing. Indulgence with the blueberry pie was worth it.
