Country Manor Apartments

Lived here 3 yrs, no problems, great seeing staff so helpful & courteous

I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. My neighbors were so nice, if I ever had any issues with anything someone would come out the same day or next. Love the neighborhood and how everything was minutes away.

I am currently a resident at Country Manor and I have to say for the first time of me and my fiance living on our own it has been an overall great experience. Had a few bumps but put a report in with maintance and was fixed right away!

I am a current resident living in these apartments. Our moved in process was by far the worst we have experienced within all our years of renting apartments. We were set to move in on the 5th and the apartment was left dirty from previous tenants, it was left so dirty that the carpets had to be replaced. You would think due to the pandemic going on these steps would be taken more seriously but that hasn’t been the case. Our move in date was push back about a week. Soon as we moved in there had been a roach infestation that is still an on going issues as of today. You can never get in contact

Looking to move there hopefully in spring. Seems well kept. Don't have all the facts yet. Will keep you posted.

I have a friend living in there and she told me it’s a good apartment so hopefully I want to move in by next year summer with my kids

All my landlords really care about me and make sure my needs are met to a great standard. The price is worth it in my opinion if you want to be close to everything because I cannot drive yet. The neighbors are very nice, and they are pet friendly, as well (dogs need to be approved first; mine is registered) 💞

I love living here. I have been here 3 yrs and hope to be here a long time. Jill the Manager is great. She will help you with anything. The maintenance guys Angelo and John are so nice and if you need something done they are here to fix it. The neighbor's are nice and it's really quiet here. I would recommend it to everyone.I like it in the spring and summer here. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning. I am up early so I open the windows so I can hear them..
