I am an agent and my client's and I decided to hire Aaron to inspect their new prospective home. One of the reasons we chose Aaron is that he takes videos as well, which come in handy with an active leak, which we did have on the exterior faucets. He also blew me away by offering a recall check on all of the appliances in the home. There was one recall and now that we know we can add that to our BINSR Response. This company is top notch!!!

One of the best, if not the best inspection experience I've had so far. Normally with other inspections I've had, you get the report and have to try and decipher everything yourself, but that was not the case with 22 Home Inspection. Everything was done very thoroughly and the inspector actually took the time to explain all of his findings to us in person. He had a complete breakdown of everything and really took the time to detail all of the most important items. This was a very personable experience and if I ever need another inspection done in the future, this will be the company to do it!

Aaron was super friendly and helped us feel comfortable during the stressful process of our home purchase. We were allowed to be present the day of the inspection, and Aaron clearly explained every item on the list and had helpful suggestions for making the corrections we will need before we even left the property. We hope to stay a while, but wouldn't have to think twice about using 22 Home Inspect again in the future.

We had a one year warranty new construction inspection done. Aaron, our inspector was great. He did a thorough job, inspecting everything from the foundation to the roof, the inside tile, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, walls, ceiling windows and appliances. He found several issues in need of repair that we were not aware of. At the end of the inspection, Aaron went over his findings in detail and gave us an electronic copy of his report, I highly recommend 22 Home Inspect.
