The Roberts brothers began fixing cars in Jerry's garage, and as their reputation for quality repairs spread through the area, they moved to a 3,000 square foot facility on Old U.S. 12 next to Thompson's Pizza. Roberts Paint & Body works with Enterprise and Hertz to ensure that you have reliable transportation while we are repairing your vehicle. We will arrange to have your car rental onsite for easy pick up and drop off. We will assist with the rental expense if your vehicle is not driveable, your repairs exceed $4,000, and insurance will not cover the rental.

Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of this body shop more times than I would like to admit. Always professional, courteous, and reliable. They even found someone to repair a puncture to the leather on the back of the drivers seat!!! (Please don't ask me how that happened!)
I have never been disappointed in the job they do to put me back on the road. You know they must be good if the local car dealerships recommend them!

We have gone to Roberts Paint and Body in Chelsea, MI. for years. They may not be the cheapest but their attention to detail and quality is second to none making them a tremendous value! I have provided pictures of three vehicles they have worked on for us. The first was a 2013 accident with my Subaru. Insurance totalled car but worked with Roberts and they brought my Subaru back to life. As of today it is still my daily driver(2021). Car still looks great. You can see the before and after pictures. 2015 I had a deer run into the side of my 1997 F150. Picture in snow is it today on 2021. Again

I called and left a message with the owner. He called me back pretty quickly. I was able to drop off my car and had the hood fixed and now it works just fine. I was however disappointed that they didn't offer to make an appointment for me on Saturday (when I didn't have to work) so I wouldn't be without a car. I was unaware of this option until I read it on the door of the building when I had to drop it off Sunday night. I'm glad that everything is fixed, but I still will not be coming back.
