Norm was my 'only hope' when a main engine component went out at the WORST possible time. Norm went beyond above and beyond to make sure I had something to drive to keep family plans intact and to ensure a safe trip home. Customer service is a lost art, but not at Certified Tractor & Auto Repair. Good service reasonable prices and they know what they are doing. Norm Lantis is the owner and he goes out of his way to help me as it is hard for me in a wheelchair, I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever used. The work is always done in a timely fashion, reasonably priced, and they spend as much time as needed to explain things clearly and fully. We may be moving soon and I will definitely miss them.
