I lived at Pacific Park for 5 years. The management has changes a few times over the years and each time they keep getting better and better. The property is a small oasis on a busy street, but it feels so secluded at the same time. The grounds are constantly cleaned, the walls are so thick you can barely hear your neighbors, and all of the buildings have controlled access. I thoroughly enjoyed living at Pacific Park and starting to grow my family there.

We have lived here for 4 years now, and will be moving for various personal reasons due to the current pandemic. Management has changed over the years but has taken an absolute turn for the best with Alvaro and staff like Curt. Professionalism and understanding in a time of crisis speaks volumes. They are genuinely interested in how they can improve the renter's experience and provided us with a lot of information on our upcoming move. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, simple place to live outside of big cities. We moved here sight unseen as recent grads and it was

I lived at these apartments for 3 years. First off, the staff was always amazing, quick to respond to issues and questions. Alvaro and Marisol were both super helpful and friendly during a very stressful move out process when I did end up leaving, and that's why they get a 5 out of 5. I really only have one major complaint about the complex and that is that the studio apartments don't have dishwashers.

I have lived here for 1 year and 3 months so far. My experience with this complex has been wonderful so far. If I had any complaints, usually it would be dealt with quickly depending on how urgent I deem them to be. The staff and maintenance crew are all very kind as well. Easy billing as well. This area is also very convenient to stores and the complex itself is always being renovated to maintain a nice and clean environment for everyone. Very pet friendly as well. Its also very handicap accessible if you live on the first though. Overall great experience still.

I lived at Pacific Park for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff was always so helpful and welcoming. Any time an issue occurred, they sent someone up within literally 5 minutes. The complex was always kept nice and clean and has so many open parking spots available, it was literally never an issue for me or my guests! The other residents pretty much kept to themselves for the most part, never had any issues with noise or hearing anyone above/below my apartment. Im moving to another city and absolutely hate having to leave this place, i hope the next is as great as Pacific Park was!

My girlfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years and it was a great place! There are always parking spots available and the secured building is a plus. Management is quick to solve any issues. Katii and Terri are very kind and they made the experience living here great. Its nice being recognized when going into the office, it shows they geniunely care for their residents. Overall I recommend Pacific Park to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, affordable apartment.

The reason why we chose to move to Pacific Park Apartments is because of the main office staff, Katii and Teri. Every time we need help from the office they're always super accommodating and extremely friendly; they provide a welcoming atmosphere every day, and Teri's dog Cairo is also a very welcoming host! All in all, they truly make Pacific Park Apartments a great place to live.

Staff is great. Very friendly I love chatting every time I go in, especially with Katii and Terri. Very responsive for maintenance and upkeep of the apartments. The remodeled apartments are small but very nice. Tons of parking there are always spaces available. Set back from Highway 99 so you don't even realize it's right there. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because you are basically 'forced' to sign a new year lease each time or rent shoots way up. Also the rent increase each year is to much in my opinion. All in all I've enjoyed my stay here and recommend living here.

Well I was going to rate it 4 stars, not 5, but apparently 4 is "liked it" and 5 is "loved it" and I definitely do love living here! My partner and I originally started looking at apartments in early 2012 and it seemed that almost everywhere within our price range ($900 monthly or less for rent) were mostly all run down, or drug-infested, or seemed very unsupervised, or didn't have certain amenities that we absolutely needed, like laundry on-site.
