I am so pleasantly surprised at how this community has exceeded my expectations. My family and I moved here August of this year. When I first toured this place, I got a very family friendly vibe. Being able to enjoy the pool, BBQ area, dog park and playground has been awesome for my kids. Even though Amazon has been a pain in my behind in regards to delivering to my second floor apartments, all of my interactions with the front office staff has made me feel better. The manager and staff are helpful, polite, kind and they go above and beyond to answer questions and be of service to me. I am so grateful

I've been a tenant at Brackett Apartments in Edmonds for a little over three years, they do a great job keeping the grounds in shape and caring for our maintenance needs. Brackett also has a new manger, Eric who has been kindly available for assistance, this is definitely an improvement from the past manager. I've also had multiple dealings with Jordan who works in the office who has totally wowed me in his over the top assistance. I've had mobility issues lately which sometimes makes it difficult to get around, unbelievably Jordan offered to bring items I had ordered and were in the package area

Five star service form the team at Brackett Apartments! The grounds are beautiful and the units are spacious and updated. Wait until you see the storage offered in your laundry closet, major bonus. The leasing team was pleasant and answered all of our questions, they even took the extra step to call and make sure we were still interested in the unit we viewed. Seriously the best service I’ve ever received from a leasing office. You will be in good hands with this community.

I absolutely loved my experience of living here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. All the leasing staff were amazing and Kiley especially was beyond SWEET and so helpful with the whole process! Also all my repair requests I had while living here were dealt with and fixed so quickly and done so well, so thank you Nathaniel and all the other repair workers out there! I was so happy to finally live somewhere with such great services! The amenities are also a HUGE PLUS (definitely one of the reasons I wanted to live here!) they are so cool and unique and I used them a lot! I will definitely miss

Our ground floor apartment flooded while we were on vacation and Brackett did an amazing job of managing the event in a way that made us feel comfortable, informed, and supported. We had to come back to move into a new unit and management was incredibly helpful- helping us with rent, paying for the move, and even putting us into a larger unit for the same rent and with the same lease. The units each have their own quirks but maintenance is very responsive, effective, and nice! We’ve loved our time here. The garden style is great for having a dog and wanting a little quiet still being pretty close

Nice apartment community with spacious floor plans and mostly kind/courteous neighbors. No road or neighborhood noise, just occasional noise from neighbors, which is generally expected in an apartment. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Dog-friendly and great location. Would recommend.
