Was told 2 days before move in that the people that were supposed to move out never did. Only offered for me to move into a 2 bedroom with higher rent. Such a disappointing thing that they confirmed with me that I was able to move but when I come to get the keys, they told me that bs.

I have never been in this apartment, but I pity those who were affected by the flooding yesterday [Dec 20, 2019]. It's all over the news. Apparently, the management knows that there have been flooding incident before.
Hope this serves as a precaution to new renters.

Worst apartments to live in they don't go with what the lease says and every other month they add more things to the lease and make you sign a new one and constantly changing prices of rent there is no maintenance that I have seen and the apartments are badly maintained and everything needs to be fixed
In this place needed a new owner NOT RECOMMENDED
