Great place to live. The maintenance staff is prompt and available when needed. Cindy the property manager is always friendly and helpful. One thing about this location is that they are alway reinvesting. Quite often you will see workers installing new carpets, appliances, windows, etc. This is a welcome change from other rental companies that seem to want to keep their profits high by avoiding upkeep.

Park Edmonds is a beautiful apartment complex. I lived here a short time but in that duration I was always met with positive attitudes and respect. The walls are thin but neighbors are typically respectful and kind. Lily and Cindy in the front office are very kind and efficient reps. While annuities are limited there are lots of trees around and the nature makes for good walks.

I have no idea why anyone would give Park Edmonds a bad review, quite the opposite.
I really like it here and I have lived all over the US.
Let me give you a summary ;
1. The staff is very helpful and friendly . Any minor issue is handle very quickly by maintenance staff. Minor issues being the garbage disposal unit maybe be locked from an obstruction.
2. The grounds are kept very nicely.
3. All apartments anyone would move into would be newly or recently renovated .
4. It is quiet! The neighbors are friendly and I have yet to experience any noise from neighboring apartments.
5. The two buildings
