The Reserve at Lynnwood provides rent-restricted housing for residents whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size. The total annual income must be at or below the following income limits depending on number of occupants the in the household*.
There are (2) parts of the application and qualification process which must be met prior to being approved for move-in, these are: (1) Screening application and (2) Income/asset verification for program eligibility.Screening application: The screening application includes a credit, criminal, and landlord reference check.

One of my good friends (of 15 years) had to sell her home and downsize to a smaller place that could accommodate her needs since retiring a couple years ago. I helped her check out many of the 55 and older and 60 and older communities that were in her price range, seemed new enough that problems often found in older buildings would not be an issue. She is not from the Lynnwood area and both of us were impressed by the new building, quick walk to most stores and the friendliness of the tenants we met while touring the apartment and building. One of the things we had read about was parking problems

Unbelievably bad service!! Please beware before filling out an application here!! They will not do their job or any work that has to do with your application and just collect deposit fees. Staff is extremely rude, and does not do their job. Please don’t fill out on application here. I am shocked at how unprofessional and incapable they are. I would not recommended this place to anyone
