Bob English was very knowledgeable and professional. He scheduled our home inspection right away, kept us updated with text messages and gave us the final inspection report quickly. He took time after the inspection to explain his findings in detail. Overall a five star experience. Would definitely recommend Bob to a friend.

Inspected our renovated, new to us home. Was exceptionally thorough, professional and detail oriented. Went above and beyond with a short notice, last minute demand by the lender.

Bob English with English Home Inspections just performed the home inspection on my new home. This is the second time I have worked with Bob. Both times he showed up right at the time promised, he was thorough in his inspection of the homes, he was quick with the final report and walked me through what he found while we were at the home. Bob’s inspections give me confidence when I make such a major purchase.

Would not recommend.....the bank recommended him. Seemed like a great guy an knowledgeable. Bought the house. Ive been in my home for right at a year and I've had to replace my roof and I just crawled under my house yesterday and my return for my heat pump wasn't hooked up... Along with other ducted work... I contacted him over the roof issues and he gave me my money back.. but still finding issues almost monthly very dissatisfied

TL:DR version - A mistake was made and caught years later, and Bob was still willing to make it right. Awesome customer service!
Services were contracted back in 2016 for a home being purchased. A thorough report was provided that did provide a few problems that needed to be fixed. However, AC condensate drainage system was marked as functional. 2.5 years later, I have ceiling stains in my garage and we found the drain pipe was cracked and "repaired" with a rag and a brace!

Original review: I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but in this case I deem it necessary. We relied on them, as first time home buyers, and are greatly disappointed. What they noted on the inspection form is very different from what was apparent with the eye had they actually looked. We are now paying several hundred dollars for something the previous home owners did that should have been spotted during the inspection.
