Our almost 7 years of stay at # 446 Dublin Ranch Seniors Apartment Bldg # 1 under FPI Management provided quiet & peaceful living, filled with happy and enjoyable memories throughout.
The Apartment Complex was very centrally located off Dublin Boulevard opposite Kaiser’s modern State-of-the -Art Dublin Medical Complex and 10 minutes walk from the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center.
The FPI management team serving our complex over 7 years was always super friendly, extremely cooperative and topped up by an efficient and experienced maintenance crew always ready to respond to a work order, however

My elderly aunt lived here for almost 10 years until she passed away. They treat you great coming in, but they won't fix things in the apartment, maintenance was always rude and wouldn't come unless you threatened to call the Housing Authority, and they wont respond to emails or phone calls. Have to take them to court to even get the deposit back. Shame on them.

I’m loving my mew home thanks to Corina in the leasing office who made it as easy as 1, 2, 3. She has went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly with the move in and that I was satisfied with my unit. Every neighbor I’ve met so far are so nice and polite. So far so good! Thank you Dublin Ranch for having such a wonderful staff that really cares.

I recently began my search for an apartment in a senior facility, I called a few apartment complexes in the Dublin area and came across Dublin Ranch who by far was the most friendly and willing to provide in-depth information. and answer my questions to help me make a solid decision. My 80 year old mother has been a resident at The Groves for over a decade. Each floor has its own laundry and trash disposal room which makes it very convenient. She loves the fact that the facility is modern, clean, quiet, and only minutes from grocery stores, her doctors, the hospital, and the Livermore Outlet Mall, and there's even a senior transportation service. With my moms declining physical and mental condition over the years, the staff and management have been very understanding and providing the utmost care and attention to her, even though we are aware that this is not an assisted living

I have lived almost 8 years at Dublin Ranch Senior Apartments. I have found that good management of any business handles daily problems in a straight forward manner. Where excellent management comes into importance is on the difficult issues. This current staff has done an excellent job and where this shows up is on one of the most important facets of their job AFTER you have moved into your apartment. This is the quality of quickly solving maintenance and repair issues that always shows up over time when living anywhere. They do an excellent job with these types of problems! YOU DON'T HAVE TO

My mother has been a resident at Dublin Ranch senior complex for 14yrs. Throughout her residence there, my mom has spoken highly of front office staff and how helpful they have been. She enjoyed the safe quiet community with its rich diversity. She’ll miss living there but is looking a head to what is next in life. Thank you Corina for working with us as my mother transition from independent living to caregiver support.
