The management is constantly changing. The last manager it has fallen on was rude and talked badly about residents to the carpet cleaners that came in for empty apartments. They left snarky notes in the laundry mat to the residents threatening increased prices when one load of laundry took $3 to wash and dry. If you want to leave you will need to have at least a 60 day notice. My air conditioner, water heater, and dishwasher kept breaking down. The dishwasher was never fixed. The walls are so thin I heard my neighbors at all times and was kept up all night when they were yelling or partying.

These apartments were a great place while we were there, but once we moved out everything changed. They’ve kept both or security and pet deposits, (over 1000$ )for “damages without sending me an itemized bill. I have called repeatedly asking for the list of charges and each time I am told they have already sent it, they’ll send it again, weeks go by and I never get it. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency trying to get 600$ more out of me! And all without an itemized bill. They initially told me that they spent my deposits on repairs and that both (security and pet) covered

I am giving 1 star only because I can’t give 0!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! AT ALL! You will literally hate every second of it. I had 3 month old twins when we moved in. And the AC was broken the entire 8 months we lived here. It was over 80 degrees in our apartment. We asked multiple times if they could fix it and they said they would and never did. The heater didn’t work in the winter so it was below 50 degrees when it was cold outside. The people below is smoked weed all the time and that’s all we smelt in our apartment. You can hear everything through the walls. People were dealing
