Do not pay for the application fee unless you 100% want to live here. They stole $250 out of my account for the deposit even though someone called me to confirm it and I told her to wait. They claimed that their new manager automatically took everyone’s deposits out. They kept saying that it was stated in the application, but it only listed it as “fees” not a DEPOSIT.

I have lived here a total of 3-4 years and have never paid my rent late. I was in the hospital with my dad who is sick and had to get rid of auto pay because of financial reasons. I made every attempt, 1. Go to Greens office, 2. Call office, 3. Ask if they took money order, 4. Have my mom go and attempt to pay with a check while I was in the hospital where I had to be because of the severity of my dad's illness, 5. Go to Links office to ask for manager to not charge late fee... And I got a notice of Quit and Demand on my door for being 1 day late on my rent and me asking if the $20 late fee could
