Today my lovely apartment complex shut off water in my unit and I hadn’t any notice. After I get home at 6pm after a long working day. I called the emergency phone number and left a message for help but no one… call me back.
I never late paying rent for the last 3 years when I lived here. I’m very disappointed with the new management. The previous owner and management are amazing but not the current owner and management team. The rent, water and trash bill are increasing every year, but the quality of service is decreasing every year. I asked for the kitchen faucet 3 times because

I live here for 3 years. Today, I waked up and found a lot of Carpenter ants on my bed room walls, floor and on my bed. They go to my house through a crack around the window. I called the office and they said they cannot send people to my unit and help me cuz it's not emergency problem. They told me to send a request and have to wait. My kitchen… faucet and bathroom faucet have problems for months, I have sent request 2-3 times but nobody come and fix it. It leaking water and I still have to pay for water bills. When I just move to this apartment, the customer service was really great, but

I just have to say. My brother lives here and it's properties like this that make me wonder why I ever bought a house! It's so clean, completey amazing living space and the staff, they are probably the nicest people I have ever met. I recommend this property to anyone that can pay their bills on time and wants an awesome place to call home. Just impressed!!!

Really enjoyed the 18 months I lived here. Apartments are nice (probably the nicest in Stillwater) and well maintained. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Best part is it's AWAY from campus so you don't have… to deal with a bunch of obnoxious college students. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the carpet (or carpet pad) is very unforgiving. This becomes a problem when you are on a lower floor as you can hear a lot of the noise from above you. Even worse: you could be stuck below a herd o elephants playing soccer from 6AM to 10PM EVERY SINGLE DAY (as I was).

Plan on not getting your deposit back and getting additional bills after you move out. It doesn't matter how great a condition you leave the apartment in. We even documented the messy carpet and other issues when we moved in still got billed for all of them.

You can't beat the maintenance staff. Friendly, fast acting, and efficient. I miss calling this place home. Owners should build in Texas :)

Watch out for the bill you get after you move out. I would reconsider if you are thinking about moving in here. The gates are definitely false security hardly ever shut at night.
