The best things about this complex is the location, and the maintenance staff. Other than that, it’s less than desirable. The office is ALWAYS closed, so trying to obtain a package that FedEx, or UPS is to lazy to deliver to your unit door will take you days. They have posted hours, but good luck. Next, they ALWAYS have a community notification to leave on your door. It’s the sense of always being bothered with something, some of it completely irrelevant to you. The maintenance staff though, J.D. and Bobby are ALWAYS around the complex and can help through most issues. They try to work around

Lived here for around 3-4 years now. Gotta say, the new management are leagues better than the old management. For one thing, they seem to be investing money into the place. They redid concrete sidewalks, renovated apartments for new tenants, added a dog park, added a proper shared laundry room, and say they'll repair the (currently unusable) bridges (which in particular earned them a bunch of respect from me). Additionally they seem to be adding more emphasis on building a community, leaving notes about community gatherings on the door, which while some people may find being "bothered" (to use

I lived at this location for eleven years, without incident, until this new management took over. Then, from then on, it was a continuous hassle. I really got crossways with management over my Sat. dish. In addition, the rules kept changing, as did management. In the last year and a half, at least one office manager got fired, and at least one maintenance person got fired. I think they wanted to get rid of me. They had an eleven page lease, and it had rules on everything except what kind of drawers you could wear. My neighbor even got into trouble for not buying his car tag on time.(None of their
