Office staff are awful. The other workers like maintenance and such are pretty great. If they do not like you they make efforts to make sure you do not feel welcomed. The only thing I did possibly was fill out a survey on their site but they deserved the rating. When my renewal came due they called harassing me and being nasty almost two months before renewal. Every year I was there my friends and neighbors received a free months rent but I did not in three years. My friends going to the facilities was problematic and I did not generally use them till the end because of their behavior. In fact

Rented an apartment on a three month lease for a corporate relo. Terrible Smoke smell in the “non/smoking” apartment. The ant problem is ridiculous. Management is non responsive to say the least. And, even though I was there for less than three months, put nothing on the walls and have a video of the perfect condition upon move out they only refunded $65 on a $200 deposit. When disputed they say it is charged to every apartment for repairing and cleaning. Regardless of move out condition. Do not rent from the Links! You will regret it!

Do not lease here!!! They literally try to steal money from you. I paid my rent on time and received a payment confirmation email two days later. I came home on the 6th to an eviction letter. When I called them they said my bank returned my payment and there would now be $55 in late/return fees. I explained I did in fact receive a confirmation email that it was paid and they never notified me it didn’t go through until after late fees were already applied. I also have no clue how the rent didn’t get paid since I had plenty of funds in my account. Regardless, I was happy to pay my rent immediately

After not hearing from anyone for 2 months after we applied, paid the application fee, and put down a $250 deposit. We eventually canceled our application and looked elsewhere. I knew the application fee was non-refundable, but called to get our $250 back. They said it was also non-refundable. At the time we paid it, they told us that the $250 was only so they could hold an apartment for us and they NEVER mentioned it being non-refundable, they never held an apartment for us at all so I figured it would be easy to get it back. Annie is very helpful. We just moved in and despite Covid 19 situation, she was responsive and helpful in my relocation to Stillwater, OK. Community is great overall, nice lush green golf course at the back. My first week here, no such noise observed so it is quite. I am from India and I was missing greenery while in Phoenix. This place definitely will give you calm and composed environment and feel.

Horrendous! I have never been this poorly treated by a property management staff in my entire life! If you have any other option available to you—TAKE IT!!!
There mismanagement will end up costing me nearly $2,000. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Lindsey Management for this entire catastrophe.
Substantiation: the appliances are extremely outdated for the cost of a lease, basic upkeep like completed trim was never repaired in over a year, aesthetics like an exposed breaker box make the master bedroom entrance unsightly.
