Pi Pizzeria serves authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and delicious Italian American cuisine. We prepare the food using the time-honored methods of traditional Italian cooking. Our dough is made fresh each morning, the sauce is made from scratch using imported San Marzano tomatoes and our whole milk mozzarella cheese is grated fresh each day.
The pizza toppings are what you would find in a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria. The pizzas are cooked at 900 degrees in Nantucket's only commercial wood fired oven. Each evening we offer additions to our dinner menu that are driven by local and seasonal ingredients. Visit Pi Pizzeria and experience a taste of Naples Italy on Nantucket.

Services
We at Pi Pizzeria would love nothing more than to catch up with all of our guests and open our wines for you in person; while you get cozy in the candlelight and regale us with all of your tales about the extra long hibernation. In the meantime, we are so pleased to offer our full wine list To-Go in order to make your takeout experience feel more like the real Pi experience.
Pi Pizzeria's Take-Out "Cucina" serves the entire menu as well as all of our high quality meats, cheeses, snacks, olive oil, dried pasta and canned goods available for retail sale. We also sell a selection of Italian Wine and 12 packs of Peroni beer available for take-out. We begin taking Take-Out orders from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and at 4:00 pm for evening orders.

Food was fine, a bit bland and pedestrian, but service was poor. Nice enough but completely inattentive. Took a half an hour to get get drinks, another half hour to get appetizers (upon request). Others served and gone while we sat and waited. No checking in on the table. Comped desert to climb back into favor which was an appreciated gesture. Maybe it was just an off night, but not a great dining experience.

I love pi!! The pizzas are so delicately made. The sauce is amazing, and the crust is crispy. They do not put too much cheese, but I
also love the "marinara" red pie. The salads are fine but not the best. The staff is helpful and friendly. I also love the Italian atmosphere. We have ordered pizza, pasta, and dessert here year after year and it is always delicious!!

Pi offers a delicious, thin crust pizza. We had 3 large pizzas, gone in less than 5 minutes by our family of 10! The pies are not as large as Sophie T's but just as tasty. The wait was nearly 3 hours BUT it is the only game in town right now and they did their darnedest to get it to us asap. If you want your pizza by 6pm, order by 4pm. Nice staff, patient regulars, excellent pizza. ENJOY!

Called 2 hours in advanced at 4:45 at to place an order for a carry out and they told me too late-the absolute earliest they could have a pizza for us was three hours from now. Not conciliatory or helpful in any way. Keep in mind they don't even answer phones until 3 pm. I would recommend putting a notice on your website that orders need to be placed many hours in advanced so more people's plans aren't foiled. Businesses that act like the customer need them more than they need the customer rub me the wrong way.

Let me list the issues....
It should be less than 1.
We called at 5:30, when they open, and they stated it would be an hour for pick up. What we ordered wasn't ready (the Pizza), it would be another 30 minutes, for the Pizza. Finally, after 1.5 hours the pizza was ready. When we got home, EVERYTHING was cold. The pasta had VERY little sauce, and had no flavor. The portions were small (especially a spaghetti for $26.00). A pizza place that can not do spaghetti and pizza even decent?
I would NOT recommend this place...

Was excited to eat at Pi since it's been two years since I have been to the island. Waited at the door at 5:00 for it's 5:30 opening to be sure to get a table.
Not sure what has happened in my two year sabbatical.. such a disappointing meal..
The antipasti presentation as I remember used to be on a beautiful wood board.. this visit, 5 items were crammed onto a round white plate, not good presentation. Olive tapenade still tasty, can't go wrong with imported meats and roasted garlic.
Ordered a margherita and white clam pizza pi...
