I am updating my review. I had a complaint previously but the property management company has moved quickly and resolved that with me. I found them friendly and responsive. I am overall pretty pleased with this complex. I am near the back of the complex near the freeway, so it can be a bit noisy here from the cars driving by, but honestly not much of an issue for me. They have a high wall and are doing their best with the location of the complex. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.

I’m really impressed by the great work the onsite team has been doing. The apartment complex is always clean, organized and welcoming. It’s so well-managed. Staff are very professional, responsive and strive to provide a great living experience to the tenants. Plus, location is great. I definitely recommend it!

I like to live in this place because it's safe, I like to use the pool, I love free taco night and movie night. It's perfect because it's near to Target, Dollar Tree and the park. I like Tish , Gary and Phil when I need help they always able to help me and cheerful. I very good neighbors. Lived here for 14 years total. We even left and came back.

I have had a great experience living at Sycamore Lane Apartments for the past two years. The management staff is absolutely amazing. Tish and Gary are always friendly and professional. They really made this community feel like home. The prices are very reasonable for the area as well. Great location next to a park and plenty of grassy areas for your pup. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in South Orange County!

Very friendly staff! Always there when you need them. Tish, the manager, is awesome. She does whatever she can to take care of residents. The maintenance staff is awesome and on time. Really good price compare to nearby complexes. I moved here to Sycamore Lane Apartment almost 5 years ago with my wife. There is a nice park right behind the complex for those who want to exercise or have their dogs to play. Nice neighbors, too.
