My family lives at this apartment complex and it’s gorgeous here. I live in an apartment complex in Buena Park and it’s a lot more quiet and clean at Sofie. We walked over to get some prices at the office and talk about what I need to apply here and the leasing girl Sadie helped me out. She was so nice and helpful. She asked if we could put in a great review and I usually don’t but she was so kind and I love this place. When my lease ends where I’m at I’m moving here!

Fernando has been truly amazing when it comes to handling all of our emergency maintenance calls. He goes out of his way to fix it in a timely manner. And goes above and beyond each time. From the time we had a busted toilet,to the washing machine malfunctioning,he figures out the issue fast and fixed it just as fast. Each time has been a great experience!

HOME INVASION BULGERY !!!!!! Yes this has happened again at Sofi apartments laguna hills. Just last week a resident was a victim of this violent crime when 4 assailants entered a family's home, robed, and attacked 2 victims with extremely potinent bear mace!
+Management does not want you to know about this incident.
+Multiple residents have had people trying to open there front doors in the middle of the night.
+Sofi apartments needs Security!

I lived here for two years. We had our firstborn while living here, it was his first home.
The leasing office and staff can't be friendlier than what they were with us every time.
Maintenance requests solved mostly within a few hours and if not, we were given a plan and clear directions about when they will be solved.
We loved spending time at the pool and BBQ area.
I would move back at Sofi anytime. And I might very well do it in the next few months.
Keep up the great work guys, we appreciate you.

Very unsafe place, you would think this would be a good apartment complex because of the location but very ghetto loud and everyone's cars are getting broken into. People can park in your spot and they won't get towed, you also can't complain about your car getting broken into which happens all the time because they basically give you a run around! It looks nice but not nice at all how do people break into cars when there is a security and they break into the cars that are on the property in the places you pay for not on the street.. We just moved in to this apartment complex. The interior is great and comfortable, the leasing office feels like you are truly at home.
Jessica was nice and did a great job following up contracts.
Maribel has been very helpful on our move-in day. She was so patient when we missed sign some parts of the contracts, and when answering our questions since it is our first time moving in an apartment complex.
Up until now, she's responding to my emails regarding billing. :)
Thumbs up for management's patience for their tenants.

I have lived here for 4+ years . The management staff is very responsive. The maintenance staff is top notch. I don’t need to live in a single family home anymore. The reason I say this is some people give a bad review based on wear and tear items well guess what the same thing would happen if you had a single family home. But the great thing about Sofi is a short email to the maintenance department and usually by the time I get home from work it has been resolved. We had issue with our kitchen flooring for a while and reported couple of times. Workers took pictures and said we will get back to you but nothing happened. This review is for Fernando. Had issue with dish washer he came and saw the issue with the floor and well and got right on it. Ended up replacing the dish washer as well to which he was polite and got the job done right. Very First apartment that i lived in. Used to rent a room only because i just lived by myself but when my gf wants to move in with me we decided to get an apartment. Find Sofi not only it's near the freeway but everything is nearby. Jonathon was very helpful as well as Maribel. Communication is exceptionally great! We did all the paperworks and next thing we know, we are already moving in. The only stressful is packing and unpacking our stuff . Sofi is really a quiet community.

Don't live here!! I would give less than one star
-In 3 years I put in 2 work orders, nothing was ever fixed
-MOLD ON EVERY WINDOW THEY JUST PAINTED OVER AFTER A YEAR OF COMPLAINING
-they locked the pool on 4th of July -for no reason
-the office staff was rude and unhelpful in all of my situations, one being stolen items of my patio
-i had my car threatened to be towed ONE DAY after my tags expired. Not even the cops would do that
-Gates were constantly broken, no security
The list could go on, but this place is an over priced dump!

Sofi Laguna Hills is great! I feel at home with the apartments here and my neighbors are very respectful to others. Any maintenance issues are handled very swiftly. Kim is great she makes me feel at ease at lets me know any updates weather on voicemail or email. Very professional and nice. Would recommend it to family or friends.

Cant wait to move in, this will be my new home on the 4th of June. Jonathan and Dallas have been incedible to work with always responsive and pleasant. If their customer service is any indication of the living experience I will have here then I'm all in 100%. Being that we have the COVID19 thing going on right now they offered me a virtual tour and self guided tour to help make my decision.
Their dedication and hard work ethics are actually why I chose Sofi over hundreds of apartments in the area. I would highly recommend speaking with these 2 if youre thinking of making a move.

My fiance and I had the honor of getting a tour about an hour or 2 after calling to check for availability. The manager Kimberly was so sweet funny and extremely helpful. This place is beyond beautiful definitely looks like the pictures online if not a million times better. If you are looking to rent anywhere this would be the place. No doubt! Thanks again Kimberly for being so helpful today.

Nothing bad to say about the maintenance team; they tried to keep up with this decaying complex. The number of small charges I received upon moving out motivated me to leave this review. For example, they charged me a $150 cleaning fee, and we deep cleaned the unit the weekend prior, and as we had the movers removing items from each room, we following behind them cleaning the unit. In total, the charges would have been over $800, but my deposit helped lower that. Not to mention the neighbors here are quick to call for issues, but making complaints on other neighbors gives no resolution. The neighbor
