One star for the horrible management. Talk about micro-managing! There is one person that has been there for many years and complains about menial things; kids are playing on the grass and it bothers her, she had actually came and looked into my apartment and patio while I was gone and reported what she considered violations, I could go on and on.
I had at least 3 major water issues. The ceiling of my living room ended up with 5 6' holes where they're trying to find the leak, leak in the bathroom don an entire wall, storage area, and the patio roof.
Even with all of that, I loved the location
