We were told we didn’t have enough income to move here but this wasn’t the case. We offered to pay 2/3 of all the rent for the 6months up front but they still denied us. When I told them we have a constant flow of income being a veteran using his benefits, they just laughed. That’s when I got a sponsor onto of everything and that didn’t matter either. They truly do not care about customer service and apparently must make 6 figures to even be considered to live here.

From the first day I walked into Adagio I fell in love with the grounds and the apartments. The staff here is amazing. Travis was a tremendous help from the first walk through to the present day. I filled out an application the day after I saw the apartment. My application was accepted two months before my my move-in date and came back several times to see the apartment, take measurements, pictures and walked the grounds again a couple more times with Travis. He always made himself available and made the decision to move into Adagio easy for me. Sam was another huge help! Management is one of the

Adagio on the Green is everything you could ever want and/or need in an apartment building. It has an amazing, relaxing, and tranquil vibe as you walk the grounds. The amenities are endless. The heated salt water pool! Need I say more. If you are looking in this area you have to stop by and tour this beautifully designed apartment complex. You will fall in love at first sight.

Amazing property, amazing place to live. Well deserved 5 star property also have to mention i would not have not given it a review if it was not for the management. We have lived here 2 and half years and have not had much issues, i have called the property assistant manager Sam And every time i have called for anything as soon as i have said hi i have gotten such a great feeling from Sam that i can not explain, you can tell he is smiling on the other side on the phone and he is more than just a manager at the building he actually cares and that is rare these day, even when you go to the office

Living at Adagio for the past year has been incredible, and I would stay longer if I didn't have to move out of the area! From the get go the leasing office was so warm and welcoming. They answered all of our questions promptly and even gave us multiple tours of the property. The maintenance staff has been courteous and prompt with any issues that have arisen. Neighbors are mostly friendly and courteous, especially fellow pet owners. Amenities such as the trash pickup service, the pool, and assigned gated parking reduce stress and help make this a great place to live!

She runs with elegance and has created a very relaxing and calm environment for all the residents. I had never had such a wonderful experience in an apartment building.

As soon as I came across Adagio website, I knew this was it. The property is as beautiful seeing it in person as it is in the pictures. I have to mention the amazing group of people in the leasing office. Sam, Jessica, Ryan and Lynn are top notch. So welcoming, warm and make you feel like your part of a family. Also have to mention the maintenance staff. I spoke with Mike, have not met him in person yet as I just moved in. So professional and pleasant to speak with. Everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance team have gone above and beyond my expectation.

I have lived at Adagio on the Green for two years. I have really enjoyed living here. The apartment complex is well-maintained, quiet, and smoke free. Every staff member is courteous and attentive. I especially would like to give a shout out to Lynn Eisert, the property manager. She works hard to help the residents, with an extra personal touch. The maintenance crew is superb and prompt to respond to repair requests. I highly recommend Adagio on the Green as a place to live. It is a place you can call home.

They say, "love where you live". Believe me we DO! Adagio is a great place to start a family. My wife and I moved here over a year ago and have recently welcomed a new baby boy. The grounds are kept beautiful and the employees are great. We wanted to give a special shout out to EDWARD the main grounds/maintenance man. He has been essential to our love for this place. He is so friendly and helpful with our needs. He is always smiling too. Great guy. Thank you for all that you do for your residence!

My husband, my son and I have been living at Adagio on the green for about 4 years wonderful community . All the staff are great! Very friendly , specially GRACIELA (maintenance team) our dear "grace" . I would like to say Graciela is one of the most valuable workers. She's so gracious . She leaves a nice atmosphere wherever she goes, on the other hand she's great at her job. For that reason all of us appreciate and respect her. I'd like to add that Graciela makes living here a better experience than it would be without her. She makes us all feel at home.

Adagio on the Green is a great place to call home. I often think when you read a negative review stating interactions with the leasing office, I remind myself there are always 2 sides to every story.
I applaud the leasing office staff, that even when a resident moves out they continue to keep the lines of communication open.
I have lived here for 5 years. Lyn Eisert is an experienced and professional property manager! I have dealt with many property managers and Lyn is “head and shoulders” above all of them. She always makes you feel valued as a resident, you do not find this trait in property

This is an immaculate property. Ryan the Leasing Consultant it top notch. The property is beautifully appointed, the apartments are flawlessly designed, and the grounds and area are gorgeous and clean. Although I won't be loving in the area after all, if you're looking for a place in South OC, Adagio is where you need to be. Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful inside and out, and make sure you see Ryan.

Before you rent here please be aware of a safety issue. Building one parking level one and subterranean. No cell signal exist there and security camera.
I've repeated asked for cell booster and/or public WiFi so we can call 911 in case of emergency.
I have seen aggressive actions in the parking structure over the years I've lived here.
Management please install something to keep the tenants safe.

Adagio was one of the two places I had down selected in my search to find a place in the OC. Aside from the serene golf course views and overall peaceful atmosphere, Ryan their leasing consultant is awesome! He was friendly, professional, and understood what I was looking for. He provided me with great options that aligned with my targeted move-in date. Highly recommend requesting to work with him when considering Adagio!

The maintenance team is stellar as well! You cannot walk or drive by with out a smile and wave.
After 3 years I decided it was time for a change but I did not want to leave the property. Ryan, Lyn, and Sam, easily and without question, helped me find a beautiful new apartment and layout.

Rude employees who are very arrogant. unless you don"t have enough money to purchase a home stay away. the project manager is so full of herself she looks down if you are a prospective client. my biggest question which was unanswered" How are the acoustics and can you hear the upper floors. well they showed me a property which on 3 or 4 and there… is so much street noise, neghbor noice would be my last worry. Oso Pkwy is busy all the time, so good luck sleeping. Coincidentally, in northern MV there is a new complex called Los Alisos apts. very close to 241. that street is hardly ever busy
