Been a little over a month now, and so far so good! The grounds are well kept, the facilities are fantastic, and I've been very happy with the level of service here. Our apartment was renovated before moving in, and there were a few things that were done kind of. Hastily. We talked to staff and they were here immediately the next day and fixed issues I didn't even think we mentioned!

This place was a god send after I left my ex and had ONE DAY to find an apartment. I had keys in hand that night and was able to move in the next day. Maintenance issues were always promptly fixed, the staff was amazing to work on. Even after an issue came up with my paperwork, Jen and Breanna promptly took care of everything in a professional and considerate manner. This was the first apartment I had from being in my own house for 15 years and I had a great view of the mountains, a beautiful tree out front, and a lovely upgraded apartment that felt like home until I bought my new house. We've been here for over 3 years. It's really gone down hill. At least once a month we have to call the cops or the front desk because there is public fighting in the courtyard. Also leash laws are not enforced, so if you are trying to be good and walk your dog on a leash, prepare for three other dogs to run up who are not on leash.
Also I've never seen so many outdoor tethers for dogs at an apartment complex in my life. Again prepare to have dogs that are tethered run up to you when you are trying to walk your own on the designated sidewalks. Noise ordinance is not enforced, all in all, it was

Lived here almost 2 years now, and loving it. There is always some issues when living in an apartment. However, we have had good dealings with management, and maintenance with our timely needs. Follow the rules, get along with people, and all will be a great.
The only complain...neighbors being rude after 10pm with noise, in and out of their apt.

Been a little over a month now, and so far so good! The grounds are well kept, the facilities are fantastic, and I've been very happy with the level of service here. Our apartment was renovated before moving in, and there were a few things that were done kind of... Hastily. We talked to staff and they were here immediately the next day and fixed issues I didn't even think we mentioned! Huge thank you to Brian, super glad I got to meet him and thankful for all the work he did here.

We have only been here for about two months but management has been very friendly and helpful. However our downstairs neighbor is extremely loud. They play their music so loudly, to point that our floors shake. It starts at 8am on the weekends, and starts around 12 or 1pm during the week day then will stop and start up again around 3pm or 4pm. We expect to hear noise every now and then but this is on a daily bases. Unfortunately I work from home due to covid-19 and during my zoom calls my bosses are able to hear them. I handle very sensitive information at work and the noise has given my bosses

I have been here for over a year now, and most of my experiences with this complex have been decent. All the amenities have been shut down for about the duration of my time here, yet I have been still charged for them. The dog wash station, the gym, the grill and fire pits were closed. To be fair, with the gym, they at least let ONE person in there at a time for one hour at a time, which is just about enough time to complete a lack luster workout. Like the rest of the world, that will most likely be blamed on Covid :) (getting reall annoyed with this excuse). Overall, the apartment it’s self

Awesome apartments! This is my second time in 2 years moving into Alpine Meadows apartments and Jennifer makes it so quick and easy. The location is great! Right down the road from LCC and right near trax in a very clean quiet neighborhood next to a big shopping center. The lease terms are fantastic. Just pick how ever many months you want which is great for someone like me who just wants to rent for a 7 month ski season. The apartments are very clean and modern and I never have problems with noise. I think the prices are extremely competitive. I pick Alpine every time because it is such a great

I just recently moved into this apartment complex and I am so impressed. The office ladies are absolutely WONDERFUL and so accommodating. Jennifer made the application and move in process so easy. Everyone I have met has been so extremely friendly. There are so many amenities including a dog park, a dog wash room, beautiful pool, the club house is being renovated and the grass is so green and well taken care of. If you are considering moving in I would highly recommend it and you wont regret it <3
