The place is really nice but the management is terrible. The amenities are above average and the pool and hot tub are great if they are open and working. But by far the management is the worst thing. They seem to need to make additional income and are quick to fine people for insignificant issues, such as leaving your garbage can out too long. They are unwilling to work with residents to work through issues. For how nice a place it is too bad it is run so poorly.

I’ve been here a year and it’s been an overall great experience. Love the smart home amenities. If you’re techy, you’ll like the Dwelo smart home items that work well with Google Home. The pool feels like a resort. Staff & maintenance are friendly. Great views. Love the area.
Negatives: The walls and floors are thin. The complex is aging fast for being built in 2017.

The property itself is pretty well built and well maintained despite being an apartment complex, but unfortunately I ran into issues about 3 months before the end of our lease, and when management changed. We had planned on renewing, and we were told that our rent was going to go up maybe $100ish dollars, which was fantastic to me. I even got a call from the assistant manager Hayley saying that it was only being raised from $1335 to $1450. Then, the LITERAL NEXT DAY, I got the renewal offer and the price jumped up to $1650. What?!? I understand that the market right now is ridiculous, but DONT

My family and I have been living in our 3bedroom apt. for a few weeks now and we absolutely LOVE our place! We couldn’t have chosen a better location to get an apartment, everything is so close by and we feel very safe staying here with our babies ❤️ Definitely recommend getting a place here you won’t regret it!! Richard was very helpful in the process of getting our apartment and we are very grateful for him! Thank you for all your help!! This was the best experience I've ever had with any apartments. The apartment we had was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The kitchen was gorgeous, closets are huge, and everything was just picture perfect. Staff was always on top of things and always so helpful. Maintenance was very fast to respond and easy to reach out to (our dishwasher was leaking and almost flooded our kitchen area but they came out within minutes of calling). The pool area is just outstanding and nothing like I have ever seen in any other apartments claiming to be luxury apartments. I am going to miss living here and honestly if we

I loved living at Park At City Center for just over a year. The apartments are beautiful and I love all the amenities. The kitchens are big and wonderful and the closest thing to a kitchen in a house you can get living in an apartment. I like the stainless steal appliances, freezer with ice maker, backsplash, under cabinet lighting, deep single sink with sprayer, and granite counters. The parking garage is great, especially in the winter and it’s nice to be able to park on your floor. The resort style pool is unlike any other apartment I’ve lived in. Hot tub, grills and fire pit are year round

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I've loved it. Great apartment, great amenities, the parking garage is a huge plus especially during winters, the staff is very responsive as well. It's located in a nice area too, right next to the hale center theater, and target that's also within walking distance.
There used to be free breakfast on Saturdays before the pandemic, I'd love to see that come back once it's safe to do so.
