A current tenant on the way out. My apartment has been flooded with sewage twice in 2 months and the problem cannot be remedied. I once again have to throw away rugs and towels and purchase new ones. Their cleaning crew merely vacuumed the water leaving bits of toilet paper on the linoleum. My heater changes temperature by itself, I wake up freezing because the thermostat resets itself to 60 degrees in the middle of the night. I am miserable living here and don’t recommend this complex to anyone.

Decent place to live, good location, nice apartments, my unit had a great view and vaulted ceilings.
However, constantly requesting maintenance. Constantly. Can't get the fireplace to work, digital lock on the door wigs out, and the air/heat unit is constantly acting up. Parking is terrible, and there are many abandoned cars taking up spaces. It's also difficult to get into the complex. You have to take a U-turn on a busy street to enter, and wait 5-6 minutes at the light to turn left to get out (no exaggeration). There is no option to split rent between multiple accounts like anywhere else, so

I have lived in 17 different places many of which were rentals. This is BY FAR the worst experience I have had renting. I’ve been here a month… the heat didn’t work when I moved in, the washer is so old it sounds like a steam train coming through the apartment. Heater got fixed and then started to get stuck on. I was told that it’s my fault for… having the windows open (which doesn’t even relate to when it gets stuck on) the water heater is EIGHTEEN years old and they refuse to even inspect it further than “it’s there and connected” it&rsquo

**UPDATED** DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is going up at exponentially. I'm looking at a $300 increase for a 2 bedroom apartment. Also my apartment was never fixed after the flood. The cheap linoleum floors are bubbling and lifting in areas of the house and molding is detaching from the walls. These will no doubt be things I'll have to pay for once I move out. Absolutely disgusting.
My apartment flooded a couple weeks ago in the evening. The pipes burst in the ceiling. The whole place was covered in 4 inches of water. It took an emergency maintenance person 40 minutes to show up and that was after the

I lived in two apartments here and was satisfied with my experience. The only complaints I had were with the noise from Highland Drive and limited parking in front of my building in the first apartment. I traded that with the second apartment for an abundance of parking and a different kind of noise from my upstairs neighbors!

Me and my husband were going to stay another year until we went to resign the lease. They raised the rent by 200 dollars claiming it is market price right now. I called around and that is not the case. After we gave our notice they raised our rent by 100 dollars with no explanation as to why for our last 2 months here. All of my neighbors are moving as well because they are raising everyone’s rent by an insane amount that is higher every week. I can’t imagine how much more it would have been by the time July came around. The apartments are not that nice it’s just the area. They also just

I lived here for almost six years. I really enjoyed Pinnacle for the first few years but the quality of living fell off significantly the last two years I was there. Abandoned cars, people not cleaning up after their pets, pipes bursting, crime around the complex and no security, cars burning up in the parking lot, etc. Once I almost stepped in a bloody mess of used feminine products that was left on the sidewalk. The conditions at Pinnacle Highland are unacceptable for the premium rent prices. I would have left earlier but my out of state relocation took longer than expected.

I have lived here almost 2 yrs. My lease renews in mid-June. On March 15th, I began getting renewal notices - 3 months prior to renewal. I saw that they had raised my one bedroom/1 bath rent an additional $51 a month for 12 months. I felt I still had time to think about it since I wasn't even close to the 60 day policy if I intended to move out. When I didn't respond to that renewal, they sent another email a week later and raised the rent an additional $31. When I didn't respond, one week later, they sent another email and raised the rent an additional $21 for a total raise of $103 monthly. I

My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years and loved it! The rent is on the higher side but, for a couple of homebodies, it was worth it. The views were breathtaking (see photos attached!). The location is unbeatable with a quick commute to I-15, a Smith's down the road, and Crestwood Park within walking distance.
The maintenance team is amazing and always responded the same day a work order was placed (even on holidays).
Unlike other reviews, we did NOT have our cars broken into the whole three years and I felt safe walking around the complex on my own. Parking could be an issue depending

Do not move here. Cheap unhelpful management who are happy to lose a tenant of 2 years over $10. Absolutely unwilling to help a loyal tenant and horrible customer service. Call julie the manager ten times a day for three days and she screens my calls and doesn't even have the decency to amswer. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
After paying my rent on time every… month for TWO years I had trouble setting up auto pay for a new checking acct. now they think it's fair to charge me up to $50 more a month. in what world is that okay or reasonable behaviour?
beyond disgusted with pinnacle highland and NALS

The apartment we were shown only made us even more eager to move in! the gym was very clean and nicer than any other apartment complex gym I had seen. The pool area was also very nice. Definitely recommend!

I have been living here for 4 months so far and I absolutely love it! Since day one everything has been simple and precise. Ashlie was wonderful when taking my wife and I on a tour of the complex and apartment! She helped us get the exact apartment we wanted! The front office has been remarkable! Lejla and Keisha are so friendly and helpful, anytime I have had an issue they are always eager to help! Nikkol has also been awesome! Anytime I have been confused regarding my account she has been there to answer all of my questions. Julie has been an amazing help as well! They are all just so awesome
