If you are looking to call a place home, this is your place! I enjoyed living here and have enjoyed being part of such a great community! I was impressed by the amount of room I have within the apartment. The staff (Eveline, she’s very thoughtful and caring) has been so helpful and diligent in answering all my questions. It has been an enjoyable experience all around. What I have enjoyed most is that I feel safe when I come home at night, it’s quiet and very peaceful. It’s a family friendly apartment for sure!

Overall it's a pretty decent place. It doesn't look like much, but it's nice being pushed back a little hidden off of State street, and the management staff is really awesome! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good apartment with reasonable rent, something that's very hard to find in the valley.

The apartments are not bad for the price that you pay. The staff is what makes this place good. when ever I had an issue with the place they were on it asap. They take good care of the people that stay there. reason for the 4 star is because the apartments are old and pretty basic. Other than that quality service!
