I am very disappointed with their response to the latest snowstorm roads were not plowed for over 24 hours And once they were a wall of snow covered all of our vehicles. Sidewalks are dangerous and have not been touched. The office is unresponsive when you contact them. Their response to this has been completely unacceptable

Upon my short tenure at Abberly Square in Waldorf, MD, it was a roller coaster, pending on who cared for you. Currently, i have an issue , where Ms. Destiny Drummond (Assistant Manager), have been working with me. I truly welcome her professionalism and work ethics in assisting me with my issues. She has given me full support in resolving my issues and also demonstrates a strong ability to identify my concerns.

The leasing office is terrible they take forever to get back to you or no one would answer the phone even when emailing you have to do it multiple times. There was only one nice one that cared about getting things done but the rest of them are rude. Doretha always had a bad attitude. The apartment itself is nice but if they replaced the people in the office it would have been a lot better to live here.

I am very satisfied with this property. I moved here in March of 2019. I was impressed by the modern designs, the huge closets and the amount of space. I love the fact that I could bring my dogs and all of the accommodations for them as well as the other property amenities. I found Abberly Square when it was in its final stages of development. It is in a great location and I was determined to be a part of this community. The landscape is maintained constantly and I cannot say enough about the leasing office staff. I initially moved into a 2 bedroom but ultimately required a larger 3 bedroom. Natasha

I have lived at Abberly Square for some time now. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Any issues i may have the staff is more than willing to support and give you the attention needed to address and fix your problems. The team is very accommodating and makes you feel at home. Abberly is home living with the emphasis on being comfortable at HOME.

Whenever I have a question or I am in need anything Doretha is there to answer my question and address any concerns. She has always been very professional, courteous, and always has a kind word. I enjoyed my time at Abberly Square! I've been at Abberly Square since they opened in 2017. Every staff member I've dealt with have been super nice and helpful. Within my 3 years of being at Abberly, I've only had 2 maintenance requests (non-emergency) and those were handled swiftly (within 24hrs). As far as the community goes, I haven't experienced any vehicle break-ins or anything crazy. I would definitely move back to Abberly Square if I were to return to the Waldorf area.
