There is a $300 pet deposit for the first pet and and additional $200 deposit for the second. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is no charge for fish, but a limit on the size of tank. I worked with Diane she was awesome she got me into my place fairly quick and worked with me. I call her whenever I need something and she is always there! I definitely recommend working with her she is very professional gets the job done!!!!!

Shaketa is VERY rude, when you call to inquire about leasing information. Just based on speaking with her over the phone i would NEVER lease here neither would i take the time to visit.
PLEASE do NOT waste your time, i was not even able to get leasing information without being turned off by the initial phone conversation. They will learn to hire people who have better phone skills as this will impact the number of prospects coming in. I can already tell this place is a hot mess. GOOD LUCK !

This will be the second time that I received a failure to pay rent notice that was not valid. The do no maintenance on the property . The entire office staff especially Kayson Sturge is rude unprofessional and disorganized.

I wasn’t satisfied at all with my stay here and glad I’m getting out. I’ve smelled weed on numerous occasions including in the laundry room. Teens stay up late at night screaming and being loud after quiet hours. People are noisy above me after I’ve complained 5 times about the problem. You will always see cop cars around the neighborhood and teens vandalized vehicles in the parking lot of the apartment complex INCLUDING MINE!!! The people in the leasing office are TERRIBLE!!! They NEVER answer their phones and they act like they don’t know how to solve anything or do anything. I’ve
