If you're thinking about inquiring about this place, don't hesitate! I just recently moved in and the application process was made so easy, all thanks to my leasing agent Tashina. Today I went to the rental office, to address a sensitive yet personal issue, an was greeted by Mrs. Tashina Anderson who was covid 19 ready with her mask on. She nicely invited me into the office, where she then encouraged me to have a seat while she checked on the issue, I was having. Upon her return back to me in the main lobby, she then verbally informed me of how she would assist me with the issue I was having, she told me she would call me back with furthrer information. And you what? She did, she was true to her words and I'm very pleased with the service she provided. I look forward to

This is an update to a previous post that I made a few years ago. Ive been a tenant in this community for 6 1/2 years now and it's has turned into a dilapidated hell hole. For the amount of rent that is charged at this community, you have to battle roaches, trifling neighbors, overflowing trash dumpster with trash dumped in front of the empty dumpsters and an unsightly buildings. The property hasn't been cleaned or properly managed for well over 2 years now and although I've sent multiple emails and messages to the management team, it has not only had a poor response time, but the

Understanding that there are over 300 units in the complex, I appreciate the excellent service provided to us...Managing trash, lawn, maintenance for each unit, and responding to complaints from tenants is very challenging...However, our property is still in pristine condition because of our staff of three administrators, two maintenance personnel, and one groundskeeper. I have been working with Shayna in the office for a while now. I could not be any more pleased with her customer service (talk about amazing). She always responds to my calls and emails promptly. Extremely professional. I am not sure what her actual position is within the office, but I hope that when the time comes, she will be considered for a management role. Top notch!

The development is always clean and well kept. The staff are very professional and helpful. The maintenance personnel are courteous and efficient. The units are nice, clean and contemporary. Don't do it unless you want to live in a drug infested neighborhood. The management company does not care about its residents, only about collecting the rent money. Charles County has a slogan, "If you see something, say something." Adams Crossing Rental Office will turn their heads and act like the person reporting facts is the problem. They are nice until you call them with an issue. Adams Crossing is a mini southeast. You will not have a right to quiet enjoyment.
