Just called maintenance because I locked myself out of my apartment going to work. They responded with that they don’t do emergency lockouts after 10pm. Confused I stated well it’s morning time now and my wife is not waking up. What time do you start? I was told 8am. . . . . I asked him am I suppose to just keep banging until then? In which he replied yep. . . .
What’s the point of emergency lockouts if they aren’t available especially to working hours.

TASHINA ANDERSON IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Her professionalism and kindness during my meeting and tour was the best I've received from any company I've ever encountered. The apartments are very nice and the neighborhood appears to be kept clean. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because do not agree with the system/company they use (LeasingDesk) due to the inaccurate information they have on my report (which I am currently disputing) but I still wanted to write a review and give Tashina the credit she is due...THANK YOU TASHINA for all your help. Keep up the great work!

The apartment renovations are nice, however the customer service is terrible!! They need to do better with the trash, furniture, mattresses, etc. that is constantly left in and around the dumpsters...( maybe schedule more frequent trash pick ups and have surveillance cameras installed) It really makes the apartments / grounds look bad. Telling the ladies in the rental office is pointless, they always seem to be unconcerned and constantly saying "the owner of the complex is planning to have an automatic gate placed at the front entrance...ONE DAY!!" not something to share with tenants. DO BETTER

It’s been wonderful feeling being 2 years of resident with a 4 yrs kid in this apt. Everything looks perfect except there is NO play ground for our super energetic kids, which is a crucial and for-most thing for all the beautiful kids and parents out here. Desperately waiting to hear that soon. Thanks.

Had a few glitches in the end stages of trying to acquire my apartment, however, they were worked out. I am so glad to be in my apartment! Management has been very helpful in making sure that my apartment living is what I expected. Tishina Anderson (rental agent) was patient and professional throughout the entire process (from application to move in). Thanks again.

Apartments ARE nice, but customer service...not so much. I spoke with Mrs. Tashina Anderson on 4/05/2019 about a one bedroom, she gave me all the information and everything sound amazing. I told her I want to schedule a tour and she said at the time she didn't have anything available to show. I also contacted her 4/6/19 and 4/9/19 to remind her that I want to see the apartments. Her response was "I sent you the application and you can look online to see the apartment". For whatever reason, Mrs.Anderson was under the impression that I wanted her to hold the apartment for me and I didn't. I wanted

Leasing office is very helpful, available to answer any questions you may have with patience and grace.
We love that they have 4 trash dumpsters for the entire complex and easily accessible.
Air conditioning/heating units are amazing! You can definitely feel the air or the heat right away.
The 2 bedroom unit is spacious.
Plenty of parking for the complex, no need to worry if you'll have a spot or not.
