This was home for 8 years. I really enjoyed my stay. Kim and Cathy was the best, along with the other staff. I lived in building 2 for 4 years and moved to building 3 for 4 years. Everything that you need as far as the stores are right there for shopping. I just needed a change..8 is new beginnings 😊

It’s the best deal for the money. It’s easy access to shops, restaurants, medical, etc., the amenities are many, and the people are friendly and caring. The staff are very responsive to the residents. Many extras are provided such as Happy Hour on Friday, continental breakfast on Thursday, BBQ’s, cookouts, parties, dances, trips, concerts, movie nights, free shuttle to the mall, free prescription delivery, vegetable vendor once a week, in house church services, and the list goes on.

My parents are new residents. We really like the property. However, their website is out of date (Unit prices are higher). Also, all of the amenities such as the Spa (Pool, Sauna, etc) are not available to all Southwind residents. You only have access to the specific amenities in your particular building.
