Doctor's hours are by appointment only except in cases of emergency. We understand that your time is valuable and we try to see our patients promptly at their scheduled appointment times. However, situations may arise with emergencies or very ill patients which make it impossible to remain on schedule.

Timberline is amazing. We got our first dog 2 years ago and have been with them from the beginning. We never feel rushed. We never feel like they want to do anything over what needs to be done. Things are explained in great detail so that we know exactly how to care for our sweet girl. We feel confident when we bring her in that she is being loved and cared for!

Timberline Vet is the absolutely the best. We have 2 female German Shepherds that are not easy to examine or handle, but the Doctor and entire staff is exceptional and so great in working with them. I couldn’t say enough good things about everyone at Timberline Vet. If you live anywhere in DFW and have animals, take them to Timberline Vet. Works around schedules. Always professional. Great Value. Would give 10 Star review if I could.

Timberline has friendly staff that pays attention to and follows up on my questions and concerns. And even though they are still curbside only, Dr. Hill came outside to the car and explained the surgery and answered all my questions. This personal attention is what was lacking at our old vet and the reason why I now drive to the next town over to take my dogs to the vet.

We have known the Drs. Hill for many years, but after moving closer just recently adopted a dog we were very nervous about bringing in for her first visit (she's very reactive, but slowly getting better). The staff was friendly and professional, as was Dr. John when he came out to the car to talk about our problem child (they're still doing curbside). Highly recommend this practice!

I had a fantastic experience. I just moved to the area and my golden retriever got a largely infected hot spot overnight. The clinic was able to get me in same day within an hour of calling to help my baby. I spoke directly with the DVM, John. I felt Wyatt was appropriately taken care of and with great concern for his well-being. Will be coming back for regular appointments with both of my dogs.

I have been going to Dr. Mindy and Dr. John since 2014 and they both are very caring and knowledgeable. Before COVID (when we were able to actually go into the office) my office visits never felt rushed and I have always had any and all questions answered. Having staff that has been there (Kathy) even before they took over the clinic is an added bonus and the technicians are equally as caring and loving!
