Greg Briggs was born in Guantanamo Bay Naval Air Station, Cuba, and as a US Navy dependent, attended 13 schools in 4 countries on 3 continents before graduating high school. Greg moved to San Mateo, California, in 1987 to open Terra Equity Investment Group, Inc. Greg has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and real estate investor for over 28 years.
We began our property management company because we knew we could outperform other property management companies in the greater San Antonio area.
We were tired of properties staying vacant too long because managers were not aggressive enough with marketing; maintenance and repair costs that were too high because property managers were not shopping their vendors; and tenants who were not staying long enough because their maintenance needs were not being addressed in a timely fashion.

We manage an extensive portfolio of single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes, four-plexes, and condos in the greater San Antonio area. A day of lost rent can never be recovered, so quickly making your property ready for a new tenant - and getting that new tenant moved in - is our highest priority.
Terra Realty offers a full range of real estate services - tailored to you as an investor or homeowner. We manage an extensive portfolio of single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes, four-plexes and condos in the greater San Antonio area. All our property managers are licensed Texas real estate agents or brokers, with experience ranging from 8 years to 35 years.
However, if we do take over management of a property that has Section 8 tenants, we will work with housing for those tenants. Should those tenants vacate, we will re-lease the unit on the open market. Yes, our company is licensed by the State of Texas, and all our account managers are licensed Texas real estate agents or brokers.

I was a tenant for from 2017-2021 We were very happy with our rent agreement, for the amount of space, rooms, and rent we had a great deal with front yard and backyard with a garage! whenever we had issues they were fixed in a timely manner, unfortunately our pipes busted flooding out our house Terra allowed us to break out lease due to situation and gave us our deposit back, Sissy was my contact and I felt she did her job and considering the situation we were dealt with properly.

After renting from Terra Reality the past six years I have to compliment them on an overall pleasant experience. They are easy to work with and have been very responsive to any and all maintenance issues that we've had over the years. A special thank you to Sissy Meyer (Property Manager) whom has been extremely helpful in what all we may or may not need to take care before we leave, due to being such a long term tenant.

As a renter, I will avoid any property that is managed by Terra. I am sorry that I cannot provide a complete review, as I have never officially rented through them, and that is because of the following. I can not reach them by Email or phone, and though I have left my information and expressed interest they have made no effort to attempt to contact me or answer the phone. I might add that I make a very healthy salary , which covers over the 4x requirement alone for my family. I am a clean renter with wonderful references and fantastic credit. Setting up and signing the lease was an absolute breeze. Not a hassle at all. That was actually the enjoyable part.
Getting a hold of Terra Realty, Bobby in particular, has lately been impossible due to their phones malfunctioning. He did not inform us of this and I've been trying to get a hold of him for almost two weeks. I had to send my wife, who is a stay at home mom, to their office to make contact.
Renting is easy, but making contact for any reason is incredibly difficult.

We have rented from Terra Reality for 1 1/2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. The limited issues that we've had with our duplex have been dealt with professionally, and most importantly in a timely manner! Our manager Bobby in particular has been incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Terra Reality will without a doubt be the last stop for us before we buy a house!

Terra Realty is a great company. From day one ive been satisfied. I haven't had any issues. Renewing my lease was a breeze, making payments online is so easy and Gina is a great property manager. I have always had any question answered directly by her or Scott. They are both friendly and helpful. Terra is great, can't recommend them enough!

Mu husband and I have rented from Terra Realty & Management Group for almost 2 years now (in August). Anytime we have had a maintenance issue or needed anything at all, they have been very responsive and the issues have been corrected and/or repaired in a very timely manner. And, our manager, Bobby is great and has always taken care of us!

There should be a WARNING whenever anyone is reading the REVIEW BOARD for the Terra Realty & Management Group or any other Management Groups. You will read complaints as well as appreciation either from the property owners or the tenants.
There is NO Management Group anywhere that will be able to satisfy everyone either the property owners or the tenants 100% all the time.
Sure, everyone whether property owners or tenants are entitled to their own opinions whether it is good or bad when they write their reviews. But who do you believe?

I have worked with Terra Realty and Management for over ten years. They manage several rental properties for me, and they have always been responsive, fast, and honest. The communication is clear and frequent, and if I ever need anything, they get right back to me. Also, I never get complaints from tenants, and that is always a good thing! I would give Greg, Scott, and their team my highest rating.
