Avenues At Holcomb Bridge

This is my 3rd year here. I must say the management has grown over time. Things keep getting better. A bit pricey compared to other apartments, but it's worth it.
Reina in the leasing office is amazing, she is always willing to assist. She will follow up on everything she has to do and circles back as required. Simply bliss. It's amazing how she knows everyone by name lol. it gives a sense of belonging. Thanks Reina.

This property location is perfect and convenient to several places! I love the townhome floorplan. Amenities are endless! The community garden is adorable! Office staff is so friendly and the new maintenance team is awesome!

I personally cannot say enough about my experience here! I have never seen an apartment community have a Community Garden! I am so pumped about the new Pet Spa they are installing, I had one at my last community and I promise this will make any pet owner's life so much easier! After taking their "Grand Tour" I just know this is the place I am meant to be. It feels good to have confidence in my decision. 10/10 recommend Avenues at Holcomb Bridge!!

Office and emergency maintenance are always under staff... you have to take off of work to speak to someone because no one ever answers the phone. I have even lost a job before trying to get my apartment issues addressed. The gate is always broken, but it's included in our rent. The pilot for the heat consistently breaks down. Your rent increases, but nothing in the apartment is ever updated. You have to stalk staff to get them to follow through with anything. You have to have pest control on speed dial! They built a new hammock park, but it doesn't make sense because every unit in here is old

I have lived here for 3 mos and I love my apartment. Reina was awesome! I moved into the 2 bd 2 ba with a sunroom, the sunroom was big enough for me to turn into a bedroom for my 5yr. Old. The apartment is very spacious, my kids love it, we feel safe and so far maintenance has been on point with every request. Just recently Hamed assisted me and was very nice and moved quickly and efficiently to get the work done. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before he left. My only concern has been the extra fees I see when I pay my rent. But honestly all of the positives outweigh

Move here at your own risk. If you’re not handy with fixing bathrooms, doors, sinks this is not the place for you. If you like bugs it may be the place for you.To start, my toilet has constantly been running (causing high water bills) and leaking for months. Bathroom sink has been leaking the entire time I've been living here (9 months). Not sure if the maintenance people are qualified to fix it but if they aren't it would be logical to hire a plumbing company to fix the unit. Also, why have tenants pay for valet trash when it doesn't always get picked up when it supposed too. My trash sits in

The Avenues at Holcomb Bridge is a great place to live, I've only experienced nothing but smiles and kind conversations since I moved in. The apartment complex continues to make ongoing improvements to help their residents feel more comfortable at home which I highly appreciate. The move in process was quick and easy, the front desk representative Ms. Reina is very helpful and you can tell that she actually cares about the residents that lives in this community which makes this place an even better one to live in. Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is unhelpful, maintenance issues either take forever, are halfway and poorly done, or just don't get resolved at all to the point you don't even want to call to try and get anything fixed, the gate has pretty much never worked, the complex itself has become more filthy over time, the dumpster/garbage area is a disgusting, smelly eyesore and I'm pretty sure most of the units have issues with mold (ours definitely did). The foundations have shifted so much that the walls on the interior are cracking, the amenities such as the pool and gym are poorly maintained
