The woman in the leasing office is obviously playing games. I have called multiple times trying to speak to someone. The woman answers the phone yells hello 2 or 3 times over me while I’m obviously talking and then hangs up in my face. This happened the 4 times I tried calling.
Literally so unprofessional, I didn’t know children were in charge of the property. Grow up and Get it together.

It is a nice and safe place to live until 5pm before the management office is closed. Thereafter, you better be ready for the wild west. Since it is an open gate community, ANYONE can come as they please. Lately, I have reported to the office that a bunch of teenagers and children from the community are misusing the property amenities. Specifically, the tennis court. I have video recorded these individuals climbing the metal fence around the court to fetch a ball and running on top of the roof protecting the mailboxes. They have slammed, kicked, and pulled that fence; I am surprised is holding
