I currently reside at the apartment, I've been here 6 months and my experience has been pretty good. Any issues I had was quickly resolved by the complex. However they are now under new management and I don't like how this is going. I use to be able to call the office and speak to someone directly. Now I have to go through prompt after prompt and hope my message was received. Not happy with the direction this is going.

Moved in 1st of September. From the beginning, I haven't been happy with the quality of my apartment. The popcorn ceilings, the poor patch jobs on the walls & ceilings, the lazy paint job throughout the apt, the outdated cabinets and the pest problem, all with a luxury price tag on it. Not to mention the dirty, barely functioning fitness center. I'm not happy here whatsoever. I'm too embarrassed to ever bring company over my apt. I hate literally everything about this apartment.

Oh wow. I am laughing at the rent increases for this complex. We lived here previously and I can tell you this complex is NOT worth their new pricing. Roaches gallore, no matter how clean you keep your unit. After we moved out, over a year after we were gone, and them NEVER contacting us about "fees" they were charging us, we got a contact from a debt collections agency saying we owed money for X amount due to X reasons...I kid you not, one of the reasons was for them needing to "relevel the counters." You want to charge us for our toddler coloring on the wall? No problem. You want to charge us

The apartment was not ready to be occupied on the date scheduled for my move in. It was very apparent that management or members of administrative team did not complete a walk through with the maintenance team prior to the showing of the apartment.
The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. The vents contained mold and dead insects. The intake vent had at least 2 inches of accumulated dust and debris. The outside of the building needs painting.
The people that live above me sound like the are about to come through my ceiling. Floor boards constantly creaking as they walk and stomp. I can hear

My fam and I have been living here for about 1 year and it’s been such a struggle just to get maintenance done in our home, we’ve been without electricity in the main room for about 3 months, my kitchen sink has been leaking non stop for some months and my stove has only two working stove tops. My electric bill has come up to about $300 for the last two months and it’s just ridiculous , what is going on in our apartment is unacceptable. We enjoy everything else, the space in here has been great but these things need to be addressed. My husband says the only help he gets is from Pam but she

My previous review was not 5 stars due to some issues I was having with maintenance but I have seen some real positive changes and I really appreciate the new management team. As always I LOVE Pam!! She has been the highlight of my experience with the complex and I'm so glad she is still with us. The gates have been working for a while now and that's always nice to make us feel a bit more safe in the complex. Keep up the good work 🤗

I have been a resident for 5 years and have had the best experience this past year. I have found the staff very responsive to my needs, and even pro-active when appropriate. Pam has always been a consistent professional and customer centric staff member that responds quickly and follows through with any request I have made. Joy is a "joy" as well. The maintenance staff are exemplary compared to my past experiences here. The grounds maintenance do a great job of clearing trash and debris, and maintaining the landscaping in good appearance. Above average price to value. Definitely recommend for someone

My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. This is a GREAT place to stay. The rooms, closets and patio area are very SPACIOUS. The community is QUIET, except for the cats :) We have experienced nothing less than STELLAR customer service. Pam is AWESOME!!! She's always polite and willing to help solve any problems. Maintenance personnel is GOOD (8 out of 10). The entrance gate could use some work (5 out of 10). I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here.
