I had an issue with my kitchen spout and even though I called on Thanksgiving day, someone came to check out the situation..there was nothing he could do at the time, but he insured me it was going to be fixed on Monday..and behold they came and put in a new faucet and I was impressed. Job well done 👍👌👍👌👍 thanks again ☺️👍👍

The place is decent although it needs interior upgrades. Maintenance crew especially Damian and Dewayne know their trades and never leave tasks uncomplicated. These two are, great guys Betzaida at the office is a trustworthy person.
I think the current management is doing their best to maintain an old property that needs a lot of upgrades.

My husband & kids came in for a tour on 10/30/2021 and also to mention we drove 6 hours to view a 2 bedroom apartment. Ms. Shariah is wonderful, she made the visit fun and we loved the tour. On Tuesday she called to make sure we made it back to Florida safely. We will be moving here in December thanks to Shariah!!!!

We recently had a MAJOR maintenance emergency due to a possible gas leak in our unit and the Maintenance Supervisor Damon showed up quickly and acted with a sense of urgency as he was concerned for the safety of all occupants of the unit, he’s always polite & professional. He goes above and BEYOND & we have never had that kind of treatment in the 6 years of living on this property. He’s definitely a GREAT ASSET to the team. If you’re looking for a safe place to live, especially if you have children, please consider looking elsewhere. There were 2 killings right outside our apartment, we heard the gun shots both times! They will shut your water off without notice and it happened multiple times a month. Last week our water was shut off without notice for 8+ HOURS and we have small kids so obviously this is very inconvenient. Water bill kept creeping up $10 extra dollars each month. Trash is always piled up. They “fixed” our laundry room door by putting a filthy door from who knows where on upside down and called

MORE ISSUES!!!! My apartment is flooded....FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK!!!!! And our esteemed leasing office has shut off the automated system for after hours maintenance.
This complex was a nice place when I first moved in October 2018. But with every management change, it gets worse and worse. My upstairs neighbors stomp like they have stone feet!!! That has NEVER happened before. I had heating issues in the dead of winter on a furnace that has not been replaced...SINCE 1992!!! Now this flooding!!!! And it is hard as hell to get someone to fix the problem right!!!!

The worse and if you talk with Broderick...runnnnnnn bc he will have you spending all this money for nothing . Give you 3 different move in dates and wont let goi speak to a manager. He gave me a unit that someone already was living in. Then the rent price went up like it was my fault. A huge inconvenience bc I already turn on power and gas on in a… apf someone live in already. I moved into this community about 2 weeks ago and I regret it so much. My unit was not ready on the day that I arranged with the leasing agent. They promised to have it ready the next day and that was simply a lie. They did NOT clean the unit! On my first day I bombed the apartment then came back the following day to clean it and paint. On the third day I realized that there was a serious roach infestation!!! The roaches were in the base of the refrigerator and within the walls. I used boric acid, roach hotels, and sprays on top of complaining to the office. They promised to have pest control come

Peachtree corners(the city) is such a nice place; but if you find somewhere here that is so affordable you just jump at it, you have to ask if it’s too good to be true. This pool is by our building. 🤔 you can… literally smell it when you walk outside. Trash and furniture left all over the place (see the fridge by the pool). No one ever puts their garbage IN the dumpster. People park all over the place including at the entrance so the only way to get in is over the potholes they have YET TO FIX!
