The management and maintenance here is very unhelpful, and rude, there’s been multiple issues with the apartment. First our oven had caught a spark, emergency maintenance was called, nobody answered and someone finally came out 2 days later. Upon maintenance coming out they never fixed the stove, it took many calls and multiple visits only for them to say we need a new stove. Also they do not give you a time frame for when maintenance is coming and when they do arrive they just unlock your door and come in, it’s an issue because one of those times I was coming out the shower. Honestly, I lived here for 3 years and I enjoyed it. The apartments could be updated and fumigated for bugs. But with the negative comes the positive and vice versa. I loved hearing spanish music at night and people having conversation, everyone in the neighborhood kept to themselves but they were very nice. This one guy brought me pan dulce and it tasted very good. The spanish guy who sells the all natural popsicles, they taste better then the ice cream truck products. On fourth of july I could see fireworks from my window, and when I looked down the street I could see the horizon perfectly and

The office staff is amazing very professional and extremely helpful and understanding. Alexandria is great and helpful and she understand people problems and works with them to get very thing resolved. I am happy to be living here and have a great place to call home for myself and kids. Great and safe neighborhood.

Where do I begin? The roads around the neighbor have pot holes everywhere. The stops signs are ripped out of the ground by the teenagers around the neighborhood which causes even more reckless driving. I cannot wait till my lease is up they charge a pest fee every month yet I have never had someone come and do pest control. Multiple times I have seen spiders, roaches, and other critters I've had to remove myself. Pay attention to your packages because people do try to steal them. My toilet was so old and un-kept the chain was eroded on the back. For months I have been requesting a new stove

I had toured a 2/2.5 to which I was questioned all to much about why I personally want that space and not a 1/1 but that's beside the fact that the management here is awful. I had applied online and submitted payment to which I needed to submit employment verification and similar information in order for approval. After being unable to upload anything to the portal online I called numerous times over the span of 6 days, with no answer, to explain the issue and obtain an email to send the information they requested. Days after I had given up I finally get a voicemail to which I can't understand

Someone reported my original review and it was removed, so I decided to repost it with a few minor changes as I feel like my review will be helpful for those looking for a new place to call home. With that being said, if you're in search of a new place to call home, then do not look here unless you can deal with the following:
-loud music all throughout the night
-kids running and playing in the street with no regards to traffic and parents not saying anything
-waking up to trash littered throughout the property every morning
-work trucks and trailers taking up more than 50% of the parking

I'm giving this review five stars only because of Valerie at the front, the apartment itself wouldn't have received any (maybe 1 or none) However, Valerie was so helpful and took the time explaining my ledger, which I really appreciated it. She deserves 5 stars for her customer service. She is an asset for the company being able to relate to all members of the community. Thank you Valerie!
