Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. They compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be let down.
Nice hotel. Location can’t be beat. Staff was courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming and friendly staff with high-quality service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable compared to hotels with the same/similar rates.
Pros: Practical location with convenient nearby diners and shops. At least 4 parking within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Cons: The elevators are mostly occupied and will mostly result in delays (so plan accordingly). The room can use some TLC (rust on window edges, discoloration in sealing paint, slow restroom drains, and lack of ventilation).

Terrible service! Disgusting rooms! Rude man at the front desk! Disgusting moldy bathrooms. Carpets have so many stains and strong smell coming off it that you will get fungus on your foot if you walk barefoot. Bed is unbelievably uncomfortable. Better off at 2 star hotel. Thermostat is on all night, extremely hot and frustrating and you’ll be sweating in winter! The solution for the heater was we were asked to keep the windows open. Windows open you can’t sleep because of all the noise outside. It’s the city obviously!
Please take your money elsewhere.

Location of the hotel is amazing and the beds extremely comfortable.
However after checking out I have been charged £261 to my credit card with no explanation - after being told we had nothing outstanding to pay. I have emailed and facebooked messaged a few times yet it’s been over 4 days and still no one has got back to me with any explanation as to why I have had all these extra charges (we left the room in the exact condition we found it in to) really disappointed with the lack of customer service

The hotel was not at all good. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The sheets felt like sleeping on the paper that is on the seats in a doctors office. The rooms are extremely loud at night from whatever is happening outside. You think they would have some heavy glass to dampen sound. The rooms were also dirty. My girlfriend and I found brown stains on our comforter. We asked them to change it and they didn’t. There was other little things on the floor and the carpet looked dirty as well. The only reason you should be staying here is for the location and that’s it.

What you would normally get out of a 4 star hotel you don’t receive from this hotel. First the elevators systems are terrible. You will either wait 5-7 min for an elevator or be stuffed into a small elevator. Second THEY DONT PROVIDE YOU WATER! The only time you can get water is from the bakery from 6am-12pm.
Third your room doesn’t have a refrigerator(you have to ask for one) no coffee maker(you have to ask for one). No silverware (even when you ask for some). Our toilet paper holder was broken as well. Desk space is small, walls are thin. I would avoid staying here if possible. When you

The room was very nice. It was spacious for anywhere let alone NYC. The beds were very comfortable except for the pillows. They were flat and not great. The towels were fluffy and the room was very clean.
The elevators are slow and one was down part of the time. They didn't have too many people working the front desk so the wait was very long to check in. The Chrome cast on our TV didn't work. While this wasn't a big deal, it would have been nice to watch something while relaxing before our next adventure.
We asked for a coffee maker no less than 5 times. We're still waiting for it.

Don’t do it! I’m convinced that all these good reviews are fake. This hotel was horrible!!
Im not a picky person but I stayed there last weekend and I was very disappointed.
1. Room smelled bad, shower curtain smelled like mildew, smelled up entire room. I asked front desk to change shower curtain but they never did.
2. Bed was so lumpy and felt like springs in my back, asked them to change it but they never did.
3. Rooms not sanitized or cleaned well, sticky floors and dirty restrooms.
4. Unable to control air conditioner at all, had to open windows because heater was on high all night

Do not stay here. We had a late check in which i had advised by email and they confirmed it would not be a problem. Arrived at midnight and waited 45 minutes to check in. Then was advised that our room was not longer availble and we we being placed in a smaller room with no reduction in price. When we finally got to our room at 1:am, we opened the door to find someone was already in the room sleeping! Back to the front desk and was offered absolutely no help. Asked for assistance to finding another hotel for us. They wouldn't help with that. We sat in the lobby desperately trying to find

Stayed here last week. The hotel is old, but the rooms are updated, clean and relatively nice, but...lacking the amenities that most people expect in a modern hotel. No refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave. The bathroom is tiny. Hot water takes forever. Also take a light bulb...seriously! The lighting in the room is HORRIBLE, can barely see in the room. The light over the shower was the brightest in the room. There is a sticker on the front door showing the energy efficiency rating of the hotel per NYC guidelines. I think they put in very low output LED lights to get the high efficiency rating

I've stayed at this property twice now and I really like it for various reasons- it's very clean, house keeping is super attentive and the location is truly great. Can't beat it.
They have the option for you to check in digitally and use your phone as a key, which I think is really neat.
The staff checked in on us via text messages which was also a nice touch. I think this is a recent addition.
The only reason for the four stars is the amenity fees- I feel like they don't have enough to justify that fee. Otherwise, great hotel to stay at.

I am not sure what happened to Park Central Hotel. It is not the same as it used to be a few years ago. My family and I have stayed here many times over the years and usually have a wonderful experience. This week... not so much.
Let's start at the beginning.
When we checked in last Sunday the woman at the front desk was the most unpleasant and rude person I have encountered in a long time. I also heard other patrons in the elevator complain of how impolite and unprofessional she was.
Now the elevators, OMG!!! They take forever! Don't expect to run up to your room for a quick second

We came in for the NYC 50th marathon which ends very close to this hotel. Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT for the horrible fragrance smell they have pumped out everywhere inside the hotel. We couldn't get away from it, it was in the lobby, in the hallways and even pumped into the rooms! I had a splitting headache the first day and had to open our room window (which only opened 3 inches) finally after a day of leaving the window open day and night the room got aired out enough and my headache went away. If you have allergies or any sensitivity to strong overpowering fragrances this

Stayed here for two nights. It's great that this hotel is close to Times Square and Central Park. The hotel lobby is super nice, and there is good safety precautions (need your room key to use the elevators, and there is a guard at night to screen room keys before entering the hotel). The room itself was pretty small and poorly lit. The electrical sockets were also falling off the wall, but at least it worked. No bugs were seen so that's a huge plus. Bathroom came with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Walls are super thin. Overall not the nicest hotel ever, but good location

I grew up a few blocks from here, so when I had to visit NYC I figured I'd give the place a try--it always looked nice from the outside. But, as they say, you can't judge a book by its cover!
The pros: LOCATION! You can't beat it. You are steps from multiple useful train lines, blocks from the park, and less than a mile from Times Square (if you're into that kind of thing). The lobby is nice and feels upscale. I found most of the staff helpful but you have to understand that customer service in NYC is going to be a bit brusquer than it is in other parts of the US. I checked into this hotel July 25th 2021 and checked out August 1st 2021. For my 20th birthday. The man at front desk said that i would get my deposit back in a week or so. The deposit was $500. I didn't get my deposit back ever i called and the hotel told me to call my bank to see if anything was transferring and my bank told me they didn't see anything to call the hotel again. Sometimes it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. It is now October 2021 and still haven't gotten anything. I called again and the lady talked for a bit then hung-up. This place doesn't even deserve one star! This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! My two friends and I rented a room for two nights for a friend's birthday. Had to leave a card on file for incidentals.
The room is crammed and the AC doesn't cool at all. We informed front desk and they had a tech come to see. He did nothing other than push a button and say it does work meanwhile it didn't cool the room.
We realized under one of the beds there was what appeared to be dried vomit that wasn't cleaned up entirely. We asked housekeeping to clean it which

Rooms are okay, but man is the front desk unorganized that....if you want a headache when being here then 100% this is the place to stay. If you want a calm nice New York experience, avoid it at all costs.
To begin, checking in, I tried to book with credit. When I got here they couldn't take credit. Well I haven't used my pen for ages (which that's on me) which meant I had to stand to the side for a half hour while resetting it with my bank at 1am after flying ten hours. Last thing you want to worry about. Who doesn't take credit at a hotel let alone in NYC?

Such a great stay and I highly recommend. In walking distance to almost everything. The room was really nice and modern. I stayed in a room with a king bed which was huge!! They don't have a restaurant in the hotel which is a bummer, but on the flip side, it allows for exploration in the city. Definitely a perk to be about a block away from Central Park. Staying again next time I'm in New York. Note, I stayed a few years ago way before covid. Not sure how it has affected anything now.

Agreeing with other reviews- you get what you pay for. No amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) Room is a good size and pretty clean, but walls are very thin and you can hear everything in neighboring rooms.
