Edgewater Apartments

When I first moved in here 4-5 months ago. I literally moved in and had a broken window from kids for about 5-6 days where I had to cover it with duct tape to feel somewhat safe before management fixed it. They say they have security, I haven’t seen them since I’ve been here. Kids continue to roam the property turning off power from the junction boxes outside because the complex refuses to lock them. (Which is highly illegal) the manager asked me to call the electric company for them to get a lock because it was Sunday and do their job for them. Worst experience ever in my life roaches mean management doesn’t care about you just want your money don’t ever live here
Homeless people constantly walking through worst two years of my life had my car broken into

Roaches everywhere terrible management constantly harrased by staff trashy neighbors to much crime it's like staying in a crackheads house if I were your I would just sleep in the desert it is better than this

Broken into my car 2x this month & management dont care about renters. Pool always dirty take ur money else where cause it like a motel here.

The place looks great and has a ton of potential
The staff is attentive and pay attention to the little things
I don't really like the area and I'm unbiased because I used to live right across the street when the Tropicana club was open !
The past is the past however this area seems to never get to love forward
LOVE THE PLACE , THE SCHOOL IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET but I have 3 kids and safety is my biggest concern
I hope in the future to see better developments in the area to help promote this place 🙏

I currently posted a wonderful review because before today I never had an issue. It is currently 87 degrees in my apt and I haven’t received a follow up but Floor in the office promised Someone would be right over to take a look that was at noon and now it’s 6:30pm at night. I have other issues in my apartment but was told maintenance is backed up so I’ve been waiting weeks. Save your headache and your money. I’m about to go purchase fans to cool my apt down and that is so unprofessional of this company.

My husband and I have been residing here for 6 months and I have to say the ladies in the office are very helpful and try their best to resolve any issue you might have when we moved in they had no one bedroom so we had to get a two bedroom but as soon as one was available they helped us to move in. We have had some items that need fixing but the maintenance guys try their best to get it fixed quickly just keep in mind theirs allot of units and their older units so they are busy guys. They do have a pool and three laundry facilities and soda and water machine. This is a quiet community no problems

I have been living here since March of 2019. I had the worst living experience here, until they got new management a few months ago. The new manager is more pleasant. He gets right to all of the issues in the apartments in a timely manner, and he has made living here a better experience. I was planning on moving as soon as my lease was up, but i think i plan on staying a little longer now. This is an overall good place to live.

Christina and Maria and the maintenance guys are awesome when we moved in during August we were looking for a one bedroom but didn't have any available so they offered us a 2 bedroom with a special move in deal. So in December on our birthday they let us move into a one bedroom not even halfway through our lease. I do know they do work with people who may have bad credit just be honest cause they will too. Since we moved into our one bedroom I feel ok cause in a weeks time they resolved some issues that we had with the plumbing and locks it was resolved. Unfortunately still have issues with refrigerator

I currently live here. over all my experience has been good. The office staff are very friendly. I was sad to see christina leave she was super nice. Maria was very welcoming when i walked in the leasing office looking for a apartment very respectful . Out of all the apartments i looked at this one was way more welcoming nothing but good vibes from the ladies in the office when i toured. The new manager seems very nice . The maintenance do a good job. I understand its summer and sometimes they tend to get more busy with a/cs so i may have to await a little longer for a work order but they definitely
