Very happy with the leasing office at Modera 44! Lauren, Sakinah and the maintenance staff have been so helpful and amazing to me and my family. My husband and I recently renewed our lease for an additional year. We have had a great experience and love living here. From the gym to common areas and everywhere in between, the building is clean and the people working here are helpful. We recently had our microwave go out and out in a work order to be fixed. The work order was responded to in less than a day and Brian was at our door first thing in the morning with an update. While completing the repair, Brian was professional, handled our items with care, organized and cleaned up any dirt that he left behind. Thank you Brian for your car and

Sakinah at the leasing office is amazing! She is responsive to inquiries, takes tasks to heart, and will follow up with you until your issue is resolved. The maintenance crew is also super responsive and timely - if I’ve ever had a maintenance request, they’ve responded and fixed the issue in under 24 hours.

Love living here ! It is very quiet and clean. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, especially Sakinah in the leasing office! She has been so helpful with anything and everything I have needed since the first day I came and looked at the apartments. Moving in was super easy because of her. I could not recommend her more if you are looking at leasing here!

There is a lot to like about the building - location, gym, lobby areas kept clean, garage, apartments are well laid-out and relatively new. The building holds events and the gym areas have decent equipment and space. There are many nice ppl in the community.
But your living experience will really depend what your neighbors are like in terms of respecting others - noise travels easily, and apparently people are allowed to hold drum practice in their apartment (yes, really), and some of the floors are noisy and dirty. In some aspects, it's like a dorm. I expect more for the premium price in

We are entering our second year living at Modera 44. We live in one of the town homes, it is spacious and has plenty of storage. I take full advantage of the fit/flex room that offers a variety of video instructional classes along with the spin room that offers Peloton cycling. The walk ability to down town, shopping, restaurants, movies, train station and Starbucks are just a few reasons why I love living here! Oh I can't forget the shuttle they offer to residents that ride the train for their morning and evening commute. From your local Weichert Realtor I recommend Modera 44.
