The maintenance team here is awesome. They're always so quick to respond and really take their time to fix the issue, never rush it, and clearly explain what the issue was and how they fixed it to me which is something I really appreciate it. I recently had an issue with my kitchen sink and Brian came to my apartment less than 24 hours after I put in my request (I think it might have even been a few hours after I put the request in). He was so professional and so thorough. These guys really make this building an amazing place to live and they deserve so much credit!

I just moved out and after a year will give you what went well and some things that did not so you can make your own educated opinion as to the apartments. It started off great and went downhill. Keep in mind tenants are encouraged to write a review upfront upon moving in with promise of getting points for money which may account for a lot of positive reviews. Now that I've been there a year and moved out, I feel I have a more balanced view.

Just moved into Modera55, and Joel the leasing agent was great to work with. He was very helpful throughout the rental process. The building is beautiful, and was pleased to find our new apartment spotless. Would recommend Joel and the Modera buildings to friends and family
Update - Had a small issue in the apartment, and the staff was great. They answered my call on the first ring and sent Brian the maintenance tech within the hour. He fixed the problem promptly and was on his way in 30 minutes. Modera staff is excellent - Keep up the great work!

Modera 55 provides beautiful apartments. I give them thumbs up and five starts because the staff are very professional, caring, and most of all get the job done. In addition, I absolutely love the concierge lady Ms. Linda!!! Shout Out to her!! She has an outgoing personality. One of the most respectful, caring, fair, sweet, person I have ever meet. Finally, If you have dogs and children this is a very friendly environment for both.

Let me start off saying if you’re moving to Morristown you can’t reside in a better community than Modera44/55. From the time I moved in two years ago Joel (the leasing manager) answered all my questions and made the move so smooth for me. After two years he still treats me and my concerns as if he met me from day one. He’s very genuine and truly wants the best for the resident. Maintenance department is incredible and I think this is so important. They are super responsive whether I’m inquiring about my own apartment or the community itself. Modera 55 is such a great place to live! It's a newer built apartment building with beautiful units and gorgeous common spaces. Our guests are always impressed when they come here. And, the staff at Modera 55 is so nice, welcoming and accommodating. Joel Bockhorn is a great leasing agent. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. And, he continues to help us whenever we need something or just want to chat. He was definitely one of the reasons we picked Modera - love that their staff is so friendly and personable! I highly recommend Modera 55!

Absolutely love Modera! We lived in both buildings and have had nothing but great experiences. Our leasing agent, Joel, is the best! He’s so helpful and attentive. He was very patient as we picked out our apartments and very knowledgable about the buildings. We have been living in our apartment for a while now, and he’s still very helpful. Whenever we run into an issue, he’s quick to help us get it fixed. I highly recommend working with Joel while searching for your home at Modera!

I love it here. I understand there is noise because I hear the people above me continuously. I live in an APARTMENT BUILDING and expect noise and people living life around me. I think living in your own or rented home is what tenants who enjoy quiet living might want to consider. They would be able to control the environment they live in. At this point I try to tip toe around my apartment but it takes away from my living in harmony.
Again, this is a great place and noise is a part of any community that many apartments consist of one building.

Im in love with my home and all of the amenities that this building offers. Its very well managed with an amazing friendly staff working in it. Its located in the heart of morristown, which makes everything easy, from grocery shopping to restaurants and the night life.
The building also has a swimming pool and a great roof top, so im pretty sure summer here will be pretty fun. Im really looking forward to the years ahead at my new home.

We moved into Modera 55 back in May 2018. We were one of the first residents in the building. We are set to move out at the end on November because we purchased a home. We knew all along that our stay here was going to be temporary-many times temporary stays can be quite overwhelming. I have to say that we were so very pleased with our stay at Modera 55. The concierge and reception in our building are so sweet and always willing to help us out. They are always willing to lend a hand. Joel was our contact person over with Modera. He was always Jonny on the spot helping us whenever an issue
