I moved into this apartment last March and my lease ended I have not received my security deposit back and they take out of your lease $200 fee for not staying in the apartment for 2 years. The lease is year to year basis, the appliances are outdated. The place was not even painted after I asked them to paint prior to me moving in. The landlord gave me paint for me to do the touch ups myself because they didn't have time. I have video or the conditions of when I received the apartment. It was filthy when they gave it me so I let that slide because I need a place I short notice so I cleaned
